Why have the hosts made it into their habits to not round up the numbers of the scores of the penalised countries? It completely messes up the results and scoreboard and makes all previous times when songs DNQd because their scores were rounded null and void. double standards anyone? Can we make a ruling on the matter once and for all? MODS? It shouldn't be up to the host to decide this kind of thing really. Vulkyria should be 16th and not 17th.

There was nothing about this in the hosting guide and I thought it was fairer to use a decimal point to accurately reflect the deduction and be fair to Scruvovnia. If it was wrong, I'll adjust the scoreboard and re-post it, but I'll wait for confirmation from the mods.
