From the Children in Need website:

Gary's done it again - only this year it's going to be supersized! Gary Barlow has helped us pull together some of the biggest names in the music industry to play at this year’s BBC Children in Need Rocks concerts. Rocks will consist of two nights of live music on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November at London's Eventim Hammersmith Apollo. Confirmed acts so far include Robbie Williams, Little Mix, Dizzee Rascal, Ellie Goulding, Bastille, Passenger and Rizzle Kicks.

Further acts will be confirmed in coming weeks and there will also be some surprise legendary artists appearing on the night! We can barely contain ourselves! Chris Evans and Fearne Cotton will host both nights, which will be combined into one TV programme for broadcast on BBC One and BBC One HD during appeal week. Chris says “I am honoured to be hosting the Rocks concerts alongside Fearne. Gary certainly knows how to put on a show, so I think guests and viewers will be in for a very special couple of evenings, a real treat!”

Gary adds “I’m very excited that these incredible artists are giving their time for a special charity that is close to my heart. This year, BBC Children in Need Rocks is going to be bigger and better than ever, doing not one, but two concerts. There are still some great acts we're keeping up our sleeve to announce in the coming weeks and there will be a couple of surprise moments on stage as well. And who knows, I might even get up on stage too.”Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 27 September and are priced £100, £75, and £50.

I always look forward to seeing this on TV, the one at Manchester two years ago was amazing! I guess this means his new single must be this year's official single then?

Gary, Robbie and Barry Manilow sung Could It Be Magic tonight!

And Agnetha performed her duet with Gary as well!

Good to see so many big names involved, im sure it will be a huge success and should also be good promotion for his solo material as well thats if he performs new the new songs.
He simply has to perform new songs, no point performing solo hits that are years and years old, a mixture of old and new would be ok.

Apparently he sung Could it be magic, relight, rule the world, shine and the duet with agnetha.

Don't know whether that was because LMG isn't released yet or whether he has any other promo lined up for that. I know ed only Jonathan Ross on the 23rd - but I think XF is the biggest platform to perform new songs at the moment and he has a slot so fingers crossed 50,000 people like it enough to buy it

Amazing show last night. Loved the duets with Robbie and Agnetha!

Hopefully the duet will appear on the top 75 this weekend.

Great to see Sing up to 111 and 279 after the choir performance last night

Duet debuts at #99 in the UK - not great but it probably would of made top 75 had it been released at the start of the week rather than Thursday night
