Advanced notice to everyone.

 

Just looked on the Radio Times online, and Sunday 3rd November Scott Mills will be counting down the chart from 5:15pm - 7pm, shortend show but there is a chart.

 

Teen Awards start at 1pm til 5:15pm.

 

The Chart show thread team may not have a week off.

I'm guessing they are going to play all the new entries and possibility some climbers between 5:15pm to 6pm with the top 10 in full from 6pm.

Thank f*ck for that! I thought we'd be getting another 6 - 7pm chart in which the top 10 are announced, but good to hear that we'll be hearing the new entries from 40 - 11 too (my assumption of course, there's surely no chance of them skipping new entries in favour of old songs :P)

Because 'silly promo events' get more ratings for R1 than the chart show. It's only twice a year when we get a shortened chart (teen awards and big weekend), we should be grateful that 1) it's not more often and 2) we're actually getting 1hr 45min of chart show instead of no chart show at all!

Just a quick reminder for this weekend's chart show thread, thread topic will probably be an hour later than usual, we are hoping for a 4:30pm start.
