Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be taking part in the 2014 contest:

 

The Steering Committee of BHRT had a meeting today, where one of the discussed points were the participation in the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest. It was finally decided that Bosnia & Herzegovina won’t be coming back to the Contest in Copenhagen.

 

The financial construction regarding self-financing hasn’t been concluded so far, and thus they can’t plan an expense such as taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest. Even though they will not be taking part, the Steering Committee promises to do everything to broadcast the Contest live.
