Lily Allen - Hard Out Here - 1-2-5-15 [4 weeks] 111. Olly Murs - Dear Darlin' - 1-7-16-25-27-27-34-41 [8 weeks] Making yet another appearance is Queen Emeli Sandé with another of the songs from her Live at the Royal Albert Hall album, and this time it's the final song of the encore, 'Next to Me'. A sensational performance, and definitely the right song to finish the show with! L. Marshall and Little Nikki are up next with their collaboration, 'Castles'. I can't actually quite remember that much about this, but what I do remember is that I LOVED it when I first heard it, hence the first week top five placing. The 1975 are also in here with one of their songs from their self-titled début album, 'Sex'. It's not as great as 'The City' and 'Chocolate', but it's decent enough! An Eliza Doolittle album track from 'In Your Hands' also manages to sneak in here, this time (oops), 'Waste of Time'. Absolutely beautiful, and a great way to open the album! And finally in the 120-116 section are Armin van Buuren and Trevor Guthrie with the brilliant 'This Is What It Feels Like'. Not normally the type of stuff I like, but this is just amazing! Selena Gomez gets into the top 115 (such an achievement!!!1!) with the best track from her 2013 album 'Stars Dance', 'Nobody Does It Like You'. I don't know what it is I love about this so much, but it's a great track to just sit and jive to (not used that word in a while... nice word... 'jive'). Eurovision winner Emmelie de Forest is up next with her single 'Only Teardrops'. An amazing song, and it's one of the ones where you're actually left thinking after she's won, "How did I not guess that she would win? It's incredible!". The first single from Mark Owen's new album 'The Art of Doing Nothing', 'Stars', comes in at a respectable 113th considering how badly the album performed officially (and it did also kind of flop in the Sandénian chart, oops!). Lily Allen's comeback single (I mean, nobody but nobody is going to count 'Somewhere Only We Know') 'Hard Out Here' manages to sneak in here despite being relatively new, and it's such a corker! Says a lot about today's music industry. And last but not least is the song that probably flopped the hardest in the Sandénian chart this year, and that is 'Dear Darlin'' by Olly Murs. A fabulous song and the best single from 'Right Place Right Time'... Don't know what happened there. N7wIvh1LjOk
December 6, 201311 yr 'Skirt' is brilliant for a promo track! Took several listens to click but now this slightly different sound from Kylie suits really well. One question: WHEN ARE WE GETTING MORE MUSIC?!? The 1975's best track is 'Sex' for me; shame the album doesn't live up to the quality of that.

French Montana) - 28-25-21-26-36-43 [6 weeks] So in at #110 are Lawson with the second single from the re-release of 'Chapman Square' - 'Juliet'. It's a great song, although the video is a bit desperate. Kelly Brook cheapens the whole thing a little, but Andy, YES. My god, beautiful. 'Slow Down' is a fabulous song from Disney pop tart Selena Gomez, and it's definitely one of the highlights on a very strong album in 'Stars Dance'. 'Loved Me Back to Life', the absolute BEAUTY from LA DION is up next, and I didn't expect to love this (in the same way that I strangely love 'I Hope You Find It'), but I do. And the rest of the album of the same name is just divine! A great listen. 'Floodgates' by Charlie Brown was a bit of a mess in terms of release. Whatever happened to the Misha B version, I do not know. But I never want to hear it because she'll most likely have ruined it. And the good thing about the video for this is we get a small glimpse (SMALL) of what lurks beneath Charlie's t-shirts (I'm presuming it's a VERY beautiful body x). He just needs to grow some more hair and then HEY we have one sexy as f*ck man (not that he isn't strangely sexy already). Nina Nesbitt's single 'Stay Out' and Sandénian FLOP in Festivalen finishes this section; a great song, but 'Way in the World' is much better! Bignia-Zaragovina's best entry to date, 'Without U' comes in at a respectable #105, and it really is a pop smash! It was hilarious seeing people get wound up about its success in BJSC, but oh well. Pop amazingness it brings in bundles. 'You & Me' really should have done much better in my chart than it actually did. It showed a new direction for Eliza to go in, but needless to say, she kept to her original sound with the eventual release of the follow-up to her self-titled début album, 'In Your Hands'. The beautiful duet that is 'How Do We Know?' by Frankmusik and Cara Salimando is probably one of the most underrated songs of 2013. It gives me goosebumps. Their voices match one another perfectly and I can imagine were it a single it would have been a very beautiful scenario for a) Frankmusik to be shirtless, b) Frankmusik to be trouserless and c) Frankmusik to be boxerless. So basically, a video where he is naked mirroring the image where he has his lovely soft arse out with the headphones in would have been PERFECT. Bringing that cheeky boy dance singer and putting it into the video for a moving ballad. Jai Waetford of 'Australia's Got Talent' fame is up next with his début single, 'Your Eyes'. It is beautiful, and I can imagine he's going to have a great career ahead of him! 'FU' rounds off this section, and it is by far and away the best song on 'Bangerz'. Simply amazing, and all of it really does speak volumes about just how talented Miley is. mpHK2mb-FKk
December 8, 201311 yr Author We're going to have a small intermission from the main event now, and take a look at some of the artists who I expect are going to be big in 2014, be they emerging or already developed and bringing a new smash out! Either way, they're all fantastic artists, and it'll be great to see how they perform next year (if good at all). I get the impression 2014 is going to be very much like 2013 in terms of music; it's going to give us some absolutely FANTASTIC stuff and leave us begging for more! December 8, 201311 yr Author http://www.southernbellaswaystosave.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/tori2.png TORI KELLY I discovered Tori about two months ago after checking out her YouTube channel, and then listening to her single 'Dear No One'. It's an absolutely beautiful song, and I'd recommend it to everyone (YouTube video below in case you want to give it a quick spin and work out whether a) you like her and b) you think next year will be a big year for her). I do think the future holds great things for her. She definitely won't be the biggest artist of 2014, and I doubt she'll come anywhere near it, but this song kind of seals the deal that she is a born and ready artist and really does *deserve* success, be it getting a small UK top 100 hit, or just landing outside and continuing to produce great music! She currently has an EP titled 'Foreword' out (fitting title!), and I can't wait until we get a full album from her, if it ever happens! njmCUJ94lUM

Hmm... Anyway, up next it's the Australian hottie that is Taylor Henderson. He appeared on both Australia's Got Talent and The X Factor Australia, and I reckon now that he placed where he did on the latter show he's got a career set up, ready and waiting for him! Likewise with Tori, I doubt he's going to be massive (at least not in the UK anyway), but he's bound to release a few catchy songs, and maybe a couple of beautiful ballads along the way! I have no idea how he'll perform as an artist in Australia, but he certainly seems like he's got great things coming his way! I've yet to check out most of his performances on the show, but his début single 'Borrow My Heart' is stunning; a great way to get himself off the ground! (oh and yay for him releasing a video for 'Borrow My Heart' - he looks AMAZING, like srsly x) vdzX-3MShaE
December 8, 201311 yr Author http://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g338/drwhofan1997/slide1_zps10b4eae5.jpg GILES POTTER Once again, by no means going to be the biggest star of next year at all, but I reckon he's got a brilliant ride ahead of him (erm, definitely not a euphemism cos he's not with me yet :kink:). Giles is not just absolutely beautiful/gorgeous/sexy/stunning, but he is also Rob's favourite artist to have scrolled The X Factor in its ten year history, so let's have a clap and a 'yahoo' for that. I get the impression he'll be more of a gigging/EP releaser than somebody who'll concentrate on albums, but I'm hoping that we do get one out of him, be it next year or in 2015. I have high expectations though because his performances on The X Factor were amazing; and his version of 'I Won't Give Up' was much better than Nicholas-I-always-f***-up-but-get-praised-to-the-high-heavens-McDonald. 36XBAEOfAo0
December 8, 201311 yr Author http://data3.whicdn.com/images/78737822/large.jpg JAI WAETFORD Another X Factor Australia alumni and this time it's Jai Waetford, a singer in the same vein as the likes of Greyson Chance, Cody Simpson, etc. Much like Taylor Henderson, I doubt he'll have much UK success, but I can see him maybe doing *quite* well in Australia with a sizeable hit if he's managed well enough and has the right material for his age, and if it isn't too cheesy to appeal to some older listeners (who am I joking? it'll be cheese-fest 100). His début single 'Your Eyes' is amazing, not quite to the same standard of other young stars his age, but if he keeps going with songs like that, then he's definitely worth sticking around for and hearing more of next year! His performances (namely his audition) on the show were amazing as well! 0HgLCkgclb4
December 8, 201311 yr Author http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Guardian/Pix/pictures/2013/11/13/1384368729998/Not-so-lighthearted-Lily--009.jpg LILY ALLEN So she's BACK. 'Somewhere Only We Know' is the John Lewis advert cover song this year, and while it's not a great cover at all, she's also given us one of the best songs of 2013 in the name of 'Hard Out Here' - a song that attracted great controversy for its apparent racism (people obviously don't understand what the video means...). And in 2014, hopefully we'll be hearing more great music along the same lines from Lily; making the full comeback and SMASHING left, right and centre! Hopefully the music this time is a lot more mature and she actually has something to say, as opposed to just singing about being disappointed after sex (see: 'Not Fair' which is AWFUL). Anyway, after 'Hard Out Here' smashed at #1 in Sandénia a few weeks ago, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what she brings to the table in 2014! E0CazRHB0so
December 8, 201311 yr It's Not Me, It's You is actually a really mature album, especially in comparison to her first. Not sure if you've listened to it or not but you definitely should!
