December 19, 201311 yr where would u slot in beyonce m'darlin! (and burial if it had that effect~) calvin harris is EASILY my favourite from that lot! love it.
December 19, 201311 yr I thought Drake would've charted higher for you, even if SFTB isn't your fave. 'Thinking About You' Seriously how does Calvin keep making consistently great tunes? I love it!
December 19, 201311 yr Author where would u slot in beyonce m'darlin! (and burial if it had that effect~) calvin harris is EASILY my favourite from that lot! love it. I made an executive decision earlier with the rest of the Haus and decided on NO Beyoncé (or anything else released since i started this) :snif: But at this rate she would have been top 5(!?) in the albums and had a fair few tracks top 100 at least. Coming for 2014 though don't worry. WHOOP Mmm the featured video <3 Lots to love there, especially Jai! Mmm indeed  And you listened then?? Hope you enjoyed. I thought Drake would've charted higher for you, even if SFTB isn't your fave. 'Thinking About You' Seriously how does Calvin keep making consistently great tunes? I love it! Oh don't worry, he has a couple more to come. 'Started...' never really hit me too hard, but i can't deny it when looking back at the year's best. And i do not know :drama: This is my favourite from him in a while, but he has the midas touch for sure.
December 20, 201311 yr Oh YES at one of my entries appearing in an EOY list other than my own, and with it being Sonsick as well! Singles are off to a veir promising start.
December 20, 201311 yr Author Carry You lol. Was expecting better I must admit but it's a nice enough song. Expected SO MUCH MORE :( Wanted their dark ~roots~ from x factor live shows to shine in their singles but it never came. Oh well, still quite enjoy it and there is enough on the album i like. Oh YES at one of my entries appearing in an EOY list other than my own, and with it being Sonsick as well! Singles are off to a veir promising start. Loved it anyway, but really grew on me more with rejects listening. More of the same next year please <3
December 20, 201311 yr Author You say i fell, i say i flew qY-l1OL27n0 181. Little Mix - Salute 182. SZA – Pray 183. Amelia Lily – Party Over 184. Postiljonen – Skying High 185. Cyril Hahn ft. Shy Girls - Perfect Form 186. Miley Cyrus – Wrecking Ball 187. Tanika – Bad 4 U 188. Mr Little Jeans - Oh Sailor 189. Rhye – Open 190. Margaret Berger - I Feed You My Love Kicking off here with a slice of europop, the BIG highlight from ESC2013 and lady of the hips Berger. Rhye lower the tone somewhat with the stunning 'Open' and Mr Little Jeans BaNGs into the top 200 with the glorious 'Oh Sailor'. Potential one to watch of 2014 Tanika manages to score an early hit here followed by Miley's first and only entry with what became her undeniably brilliant highlight (still not listened to the album *on the list*). The aptly titled 'Perfect Form' manages to float its way in just under will she-won't she Queen Lily; no idea what she's planning but with stompers like this i hope for one that this song isn't aptly titled. SZA makes her first (of how many??) appearances as her sandcastle builds slowly next to the Haus. And two album highlights from Little Mix and Postiljonen round off this quite uplifting section ^__^
December 20, 201311 yr omg Amelia Lily *.* wasn't expecting that at all, absolutely LOVE Party Over, not even ashamed to say. Wrecking Ball, Bad 4 U and Salute are also fab!
December 20, 201311 yr TANIKA *.* Oh and TOTALLY NOT here for that 'Carry You' floppage :/ but you are here though http://imageshack.us/a/img41/8978/pe88.gif

December 21, 201311 yr Author I fall deep, you kill the pain OyhvXPH_M28 171. The Saturdays - Wildfire 172. The Good Natured – 5-HT 173. Katy Perry – Dark Horse (feat. Juicy J) 174. Little Mix – Move 175. Laura Mvula – Green Garden 176. NO CEREMONY/// - Feelsolow 177. Duke Dumont (feat. A*M*E) - Need U (100%) 178. Korallreven - Sa Sa Samoa (Elite Gymnastics Remix) 179. Kate Boy – Northern Lights 180. Stafford Brothers feat. Christina Milian & Lil Wayne – Hello Wading through a whole load more BJSC entries (they quieten down eventually, but the contest defined a lot of my listening this year so bare with if you're not a bjsc regular). Chris' first entry pops up here, with 'Sa Sa Samoa', the video to which makes me CRY towards the end; so twisted & that Final Fantasy feature is genius. 'Northern Lights' which could easily have inspired the opening to Gaga's most recent single, shines on through as do the uplifting 'Hello' and the damning 'Feelsolow' (their album is also *on the list*). Away from BJSC Laura Mvula stuns the top 175 with Green Garden, which first caught my attention in a live performance by her, where came appearing like a goddess with vocals to match. Going on live performances, i managed to catch The Good Natured in action where 5-HT fully clicked with me and rocketed up my affections. 'Wildfire' (b-side to 'Gentleman') takes the award for biggest "how the f*** did they choose that over this" award as it charts just ahead of Duke's #1 & Katy's soon to be #1 (please?) which complete the rest of the section.
December 21, 201311 yr Green Garden and Move are way too low :( Although, I suppose it suggests that this countdown will be super amazing as if I didn't already expect that it would be. ^_^
December 21, 201311 yr Author Constant drinking and love songs zGl9_T1tcEU 161. Justin Timberlake ft. Jay Z – Suit & Tie 162. James Blake – Voyeur 163. Katy Perry – Roar 164. FAUL ft. Wad Ad – Changes 165. Deptford Goth – Union 166. The Saturdays – Not Giving Up 167. Janelle Monáe ft. Erykah Badu – Q.U.E.E.N. 168. V V Brown - Ghosts 169. Janelle Monáe – Dance Apocalyptic 170. J. Cole ft. Miguel – Power Trip Starting off here with one of the biggest, baddest and best collaborations of the year with underrated artists of the year times 2 in J Cole and Miguel. Monáe makes two out of her three appearances in this countdown (the third will be coming MUCH later) and a track that wasn't even on my radar until very recently, sparked by BJ's very own Lex who pointed me to the haunting majesty of V V's 'Ghosts', which i've had on repeat ever since. I've loved a lot from her this year and it just goes to show how rich the album is, in that it can still throw up these gems after countless listens. The Saturdays feature with a track that can hopefully be big in the coming year but knowing their luck that will be an almost impossible goal. Two more BJSC entries (one of which can also hopefully do things next year in 'Changes') and Katy Perry's BIG global #1 "only" scrapes through here. As much as i loved it initially, i tired of it quite quickly, but thankfully she has a GEM still to come. The first of two non-single album highlights from James Blake falls just behind the comeback tune from JT which stunned from the very first listen but wasn't quite as essential as what was to come after it.
