August 30, 200618 yr Author Allmusic Meant as a statement of her new direction, Kylie Minogue's fifth album no longer featured the Stock-Aitken-Waterman production gloss and found the diminutive singer working with hip dance producers like David Seaman. From the first notes of the opener "Confide in Me," you know this is not the teen pop queen of old. Kylie Minogue (also note the use of her last name on the cover) wanted to sound grown up, and she pulls it off with ease. While it is still dance-pop, there's atmosphere and style in the songs that wasn't there on Let's Get to It. August 30, 200618 yr Author Not that keen on this album but I will say it has 4 AMAZING songs (Confide in me, Put yourself in my place, Automatic Love & Dangerous Game) but the rest in my opinion are just fillers.
August 30, 200618 yr oh my least fave kylie album although i love its artwork and pictures iy got off to a bad start as my stomach sank when i heard confide in me as i didnt like it all and it never grew on me but i put on a brave face and convinced myself it was a good song for a while but i knew i didnt like it,the album for me is ok i like put yourself in my place but i wouldnt love it,dangerous game and automatic love are good but again not brilliant,where is the feling was another single that stomached me aswell as i though oh no what is kylie doing,its theonly kylie album i dont play or listen to,its there in the collection but never in my cd player

August 30, 200618 yr to be fair to them this album did well enough but it could have gone a step further if they released a better 3rd single and a possible fourth
August 30, 200618 yr Author I dont think so. Most albums sell based on the first 2 singles and they were brill. Again i just think people couldnt accept cool kylie. But a good 3rd single wouldnt have hurt
August 30, 200618 yr well im sure where is the feeling didnt do much for the album as its kylies lowest chart LIFE single 3 weeks only on the chart,it was the case of dannii so under pressure
August 30, 200618 yr Author ow yeah it was def a huge flop but i do quite like the video and single version. The album version is terrible
