Which are the best seasons to watch before this one starts?! I think I watched a couple of episodes with Willam in them.

I loved the Willam series after a friend (who is a majah fanatic) insisted I watch it. As Jake said, it's as trashy as hell but in such an endearing way that you can't help but live for it.
