The German chart topper from Milky Chance stays at 2 for a third straight week whilst in its 11th week inside my Top 10 John Legend's "All of me" ... in contrast the song has flewn up the Australian chart to reach number there this week in only it's 4th week on the chart. This week's UK number 1 from Lily Allen with her cover of Keane's "Somewhere only we know" climbs one notch to 4 whilst ex German number 1 from Klingande drops from 3 to 5. Ellie Goulding continues her climb up my chart with her cover of the Waterboys' "How long will I love you" jumping from 9 to 6. The song that rises from 7 to 3 this week in Australia becomes the first song to enter straight within my Top 10 this year and the 1st to do so since Adele's "Skyfall" last year. Magic is a US based band led by Canadian Nasri Atweh and "Rude" is a reggae tinged song suited to the Australian summer and getting a lot of radio play and odds on to be an international hit in 2014. Another high new entry at 13 is from Puerto Rican born US based singer songwriter Gabriel Rios with "Gold" which is in the Flemish Top 10 as the singer has lived and performs a lot in Belgium. In at 17 is "Human" by Christina Perri who was number one in my chart in 2010 with "Jar of Hearts" which was a big international hit. Finally at 20 it's been a massive year for Maitre Gims with "J' me tire", "Bella", "One shot" and "Game over" where he features with Vitaa all being hits in France in 2013 and internationally...only "Bella" has charted for me but his new song "Zombie" also now enters at 20.
