January 13, 201411 yr They really need to get the campaign into action as the release is next week. I have a feeling Face to Face will get a very scattered release bit like many of the Take That singles outside the lead singles.
January 14, 201411 yr Author i have a feeling it will be a messy release that will go largely un-noticed but i hope not, my hopes for it are fading so a top 75 hit at this stage is what im hoping.If ut was down to me it would be number 1.
January 14, 201411 yr It is without doubt hard to call, but at this stage it certainly looks like face to face wont set the charts on fire. The 2 big promotions including X Factor and Garys new year show didnt see it chart high so i dont know what will.

January 14, 201411 yr I can understand Katy Perry due to the awful live vocal but the others gained in album sales but not singles. The performance did help face to face reach a new UK peak (although very low) and also a new peak of number 75 in Ireland.
January 14, 201411 yr I think Face to Face is dead in the water, I'm afraid. It isn't connecting with the public, for whatever reason, so despite good airplay levels I don't have high hopes for a decent chart position.
January 14, 201411 yr I think the single has been a deciding factor in people buying the album rather than just Let Me Go, highlighted by the fact that the album has sold continually and closing in (officially) to the double platinum certification status which is amazing

January 19, 201411 yr Author Looks like its possible its no longer an official single but an album track only, its been taking off the new release schedule now and instead is on the coming soon list. Very disappointed if this is true.

Polydor seem to do this with everything but the first release where TT and their solo releases are concerned. It is a mess indeed. Gary and Elton are due to appear on Sunday Brunch together and perform Face to Face in the next few weeks (date not stated yet) but whether this means the track will get a single release around that time or not, who knows?
