Apparently* Iain Duncan Smith is to leave DWP on Monday in a cabinet reshuffle.

Unsurprisingly after his total failure of a Universal Credit Scheme and making the lives of the poorest in society a misery.

I'd have thought that improved his chances of staying in the job. Somehow I doubt that Ken Clarke is being demoted because of his statements on rape, for instance.
