Ahh i never wear merch! i dunno why because i end up buying t-shirts every tour but never wear ha!! Hopefully they wont just base there merchandise around Girls this tour ( i know that sounds sexist) but there is Male Fans!!!

I wear my Marina and the diamonds t-shirts all the time, ahhhhh B-)

The merch is usually on sale so I don't think it means much unfortunately. Might pick up a bargain Headlines tour tee though!

Damn I forgot it was January and there were sales :( Still, may take ya advice and pick up a bargain ;) (probably notorious t-shirt  )

it would be boring definately
A Greatest Hits tour would be so boring, though. Ugggh.

Indeed a tour would be but an album in the future would be great with a few extra songs :')

If they do a Greatest Hits, don't expect them putting more than one new song (the lead), they have been on budget recently.

Tbf a greatest hits tour wouldn't work yet as a tour normally has what 20-24 songs? Unless they are going to include some fan favourites like One Shot.

I think on the next tour we will see a Work/Work Bitch mash up. Even better would be mashing up with Kelly Roland and Ciara's songs called Work to. Work Work Work Bitch! or Work Work Work Work (Bitch)

Well we're up to 16 singles now. 2 more plus a cover and they should have more than enough. I'm sure they'd do a couple of album tracks as well.

I've always wondered if the songs they recorded with Xenomania not long before the 30 Days released have been saved for a Greatest Hits. I'd love another All Fired Up, even if Not Giving Up does come fairly close to it (pleaasee release it girls!). I'd hope a Greatest Hits release from them will include ALL the singles, not just ten of the best or so.

Yes Amen Will! We NEEED Not giving up as a single!! :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:

It's still Album Only on iTunes :yahoo: :w00t:

I hope that is the case Will! Why else would they have done this?
Jesus Christ guys are you for real? Do you actually think through what you are writing?

We are really LUCKY that they are even still around. A lot of bands would somehow end once a single member has a baby let alone 3. Having 3 years between tours and 2 years between albums is a pretty standard thing in music and it tends to work. The only thing they are ever "sloppy" with is their vocals in their performances IMO. Tour tickets usually go on sale when the album has been released to see if there is enough want for one. I'm incredibly surprised that they have even announced a tour should be happening next year with the sales this has been getting. Saying It should have been announced when WAU was released is ludicrous.

You also clearly don't understand or realise the amount of work it takes to be even remotely successful in the pop industry. These girls work incredibly hard throughout the year. Do a lot of other acts put more work in? Yes but they will/have burnt out a lot quicker than these girls will. Do they take holidays at weird and bad times? Yes they do but at the end of the day it's their decision and they probably do need a holiday after release weeks with the amount of early mornings and late nights you have to do. One of the most tiring things to do is travel and they have to do a lot of that.

What part of any of this makes sense?? 3 years between tours? How is that "Pretty Standard" im pretty sure no artist would usually wait 3 years between Tours, for example... aside from between 2009 and 2013 with Girls aloud they Toured every year without fail ?

BUMP:

Just watching the All Fired Up Tour on Youtube with the entrance via the lift and starting with notorious, any takers on what the opening will be for this tour and entry method, if any?

Opening with one of their bigger hits, so I am going to go with Up, that or they will do Higher as it names them all and could spot light appear on them as they enter/get mentioned lol.

I know it would be boring to some people, but I really want them to keep Notorious and the lift as the entrance. I just can't see them topping it off with Higher and the name checking.

Gentleman could definitely be a good entrance, though. Especially if they came out dressed as men and get rid of their clothes at the end of the song and they have some sexy outfits (a bit like they did with Work to Get Ready Get Set).

I thought the exact same with you regarding Gentlemen. It wouldn't surprise me if the first song is 'Gentlemen' or their new single.

I can see up working but higher with name mentioning is a bit too headlines-y really if you think about it with Flo-Rida on Higher etc:P

Agreed, I LOVE the notorious entrance but unsure whether it could work again.

But Disco Love could work with the camper van being unveiled on stage with them singing ontop of it or in it like the video! B-) (would never happen but I can hope, right?)

I want them to fly in and have a B stage. Gentleman would be a good entrance but don't think it's the right song to open with. They'd probably open with Disco Love and What About Us the encore. I hope the costumes are a bit more 'glam' this time round than all the neon cheap looking ones. Mollie should get Julien Macdonald to design a few since she's modelled for him and is on good terms with him.

I don't think Gentleman is well known enough to be an opener. I imagine them performing that with a similar routine/set-up to Work on the AFU tour. Notorious and Higher won't be openers as they've been used before. My money is on Not Giving Up if it performs well. I'd love it if they went straight from Not Giving Up into All Fired Up. Depends when the tour is though, if it's at the end of 2014 when they've released another single or album, they may use the lead single from that campaign.

I think AFU would be a good opener, none of the album tracks on LFTW strike me as an opening track.

AFU to open

Disco Love to end main show

Higher/What About Us as encore

Maybe they could open and close with What About Us, since it's their biggest hit and first #1?
