I was so excited to go to this tour, but I started a job in Cyprus last month & the boss said it was okay for me to have the time off to fly back for the concert, and then last night when I went to book my flight I text him to see if all was still okay & he's now said I can't. So my brothers Girlfriend & her friend are going with my tickets. Absolutely gutted. :( :cry:

^The band Marvin was in before JLS.

They had three (?) Top 40 singles, Love You Like Mad, Make It Hot and Call U Sexy and an album, All Kinds of Trouble, that didn't do particularly well (Not even Top 100 I believe) before disbanding.

Anyway.. in the end they played Up and Work and then I had to go so didn't see the other tracks

I suppose you've got to think about the other stuff like merchandise and possible extra sales of the album/singles when putting the Groupon deal into perspective.

For example, I multiplied the 2,538 figure by £27.50 and that made just short of £70,000 extra pounds that they have received (minus a probable fee for the Groupon deal).

For those extra 2,500+ people going to the tour, a fair few of them will buy at least the tour programme, so even though it might not look the best amount of tickets sold, but the extra income will be something that the girls will surely appreciate :)

They need to get a similar deal back on again (or is it still on? :unsure:). They have no promo whatsoever or anything that will create some buzz in the next few days so there's very much sadly no way they will sell the loads left. A groupon deal (or anything else as cheap really) would definitely assure more people buy it. 2538 is still a great amount. Wasn't it only in one week anyway?

No more than £15 I'd say.

Deal is still open yeah. It's still selling around 80 - 100 tickets a day

I would rather they done 2 for 1 tbh.

 

At least they're making money rather than sending it to radios!

I know they leak from time to time but haven't heard anything other than "all of the singles". Yes, that would be great thanks. Keen to see what else they slip into the show :)

 

I would place money on them opening with Up you know.

It's definitely gonna be Up and they're ending it with What About Us of course.

 

No I hate I'll never hear Lease My Love live, but 808' will ease the pain a bit.
