Hard nosed decision by syco, but probably the right one. They aren't going to make money out of this years XFactor crop, have realised it quickly, so will get what they can with little effort or investment.

Of course it makes a mockery of the show to an extent but Cowell has it so under his thumb he couldn't care less.

Don't blame her most artists would do the same especially if they had been advised by management, the people who run the shows are pretty much are modern day crooks and villains :o

Radio 2 just played her new song called Compass (a cover of Norwegian singer Didrik Solli-Tangen). Vocally amazing.

She looks nice on the cover and all but it really is beyond cheap and lazy to boot. Not that everything in this project hasn't been.

For god's sake. It's atrocious artwork. If you have a large nose you don't turn your head to the side like she has. It just extenuates it. It's a cheap Mother's Day-esque cover that means nothing.

 

I'm sorry but can somebody explain to me what any young person sees in this project? It's a cheap covers album with a standard boomer female voice marketed at err...mothers.

 

What's to get so excited about?

I hope Sam gets to sing some of the belting notes in the duet, because Nicole did them all on the XF
