I still enjoy buying CDs and some vinyl too.

Now and again I buy mp3s from amazon, but only if that is the only option for certain tracks. 99% of the time I will be listening to music on a cd player! :)

Not too surprising that many buzzjackers are CD stalwarts though I doubt we're a representative slice of the music buying public. Interesting the small trends of some ppl buying more vinyl and 'Now' albums than before - ties in well with the sales growth in both vinyl and compilations overall.

Still buy CD almost always if available but bought much less this year until Q4 as it felt there was just nothing out. Downloaded quite a few albums in the digital "sales" after Xmas £1.99 for an album and the convenience of having it straight on my phone was too tempting. Also couldn't be assed with the queues in HMV but may end up buying physical of the downloaded albums I like when it quietens down.

I mostly use my CDs in the car too as opposed to my digital stuff which I use all over the house. It is just more convenient and it can be a pain ripping all your CDs. I like the better quality of CDs and its nicer to have a physical product and also I think actually owning it as I think the odd track has disappeared from my digital services or won't always download again easily (this is rare though)
