Neither did I! The way that ending was shot I guessed something important happened but it took me a while to work out what it all meant :blink:

Danny Dyer is 36 and Linda Henry is 51, so presuming they have the same age in EE, it would have made Shirley 15.

I think Mick was born in 1975 so he's 39, Shirley is maybe like 53 or something (as that's around the same age as Linda Henry irl) so she was 14 or so when she had him!

I think Johnny is 19 so Lee is maybe 20 or 21. Mick must be around 39 then as I know him and Linda have been together like 20 years or so maybe they had Lee quite soon after getting together!

Dexter is a character that if axed would not be missed. Fatboy and Dextor are very similar in many ways and the square only needs one half comic/half background character with occasional inklings of romance, all without major depth, Fatboy is the better of the two.

I miss Fatboy :(

 

Dexter's made next to no impression on anybody since he's been in the show though. Apart from that failed attempt at romance with Nancy that need never happen again.

Dexter probably should have got axed when Ava did.
