Surely Ben or Jay weren't responsible for Lucy's death though, the producers wouldn't just pretty much confirm it 5 months before the killer's revealed. But I don't think Ben could kill someone again when he just got out of jail, that would just put him back inside. I think its another red herring, to get us thinking he did it, unless Jay had a part in it.

To be fair though, it was only the previous Ben that they had got wrong. The first two were when the character was a baby or young child so don't really count, and as annoying as Charlie Jones was, he did match the characteristics of that type of Ben. The current one seems to be rather good, much better than old spud head!
