A samurai adventure (with added fantasy sword n sorcery) of an authentic japanese story, keanu Reeves is Keanu, Matrixing it up, nd the cast are real Japanese actors - which is the main problem, their English is a bit stilted (though performances otherwise fine) it would have worked much better in japanese and subtitled.

 

I liked it, a bit dark, a bit convoluted plotwise, but ti's going to lose loadsmoney for Universal and wont do much for Keanu's stalled career, which is a shame, he still looks the part...

I wanted to watch this film but many movies with multi-nominations in Oscar have released the last weeks in my country..So, i sacrificed "47 Ronin" for them..But it smells like a big flop to me..
