Is there an equivalent year end chart for 2013? Would be interesting to compare this years compared to last years what with deep house really becoming the big genre in EDM this year

That's very impressive, especially as it's the second year in a row where they got the first new #1 of the year!
Revealed are back at No1, this time with Blasterjaxx & DBSTF 'Beautiful World'! :D

this is literally becoming a repeat of last year's #1s then  Blasterjaxx had the 2nd #1 of 2014, Dvbbs had the 3rd so I'd lol if they knocked Beautiful World off #1

Laidback Luke gets his first EVER :kink: Beatport No1 with Tujamo on 'S.A.X.'~

Looks like it will only be a fleeting #1 though, with 3LAU/Nom De Strip/Estelle's 'The Night' coming up the rails fast! :D

The next Beatport #1 will be the hundredth since Alesso 'Years'! (i.e. the first one in the #1s post as I can't find any before that)

Tempted to do a personal countdown of the beatport #1s (as 100 is a lovely number) but it's probably just you and me who know most of them

I was wondering why 'S.A.X' completely dropped out the chart from #1 a few days ago, turns out it was because Laidback Luke was cheating the system :o

Basically he offered refunds for people buying the song off beatport for a limited time, basically getting a free download to #1, although I imagine not everyone who bought it took advantage, it probably wouldn't have gone to #1 without the offer. I'm glad it's been taken off the chart anyway because it clearly didn't deserve to go to #1. Beatport seem to be cracking down on people who cheat their way into the chart thankfully.

we have ourselves a new beatport #1

Martin Solveig goes future house and predictably goes to #1, I guess 2015 really is going to be the year we get an over saturation of these types of tracks like big room last year. It is good though but I wish Pep & Rash 'Rumors' was #1 instead, now that's a better future house song

Calvin Harris 'Outside' (Hardwell Remix) is the new #1. :cheer: Not quite as good as 'Tether' obviously but still deserved
