I am proud of the final outcome. The song is starting to sound amazing, the music video is outstanding and Ruth is really working hard to conduct a memorable performance this year in Eurovision!

I think if Pastora could only finish 10th (albeit in a much more competitive year) I don't Ruth has much chance at all. Probably 14th-18th.

 

Anyway not quite sold on the new English verse yet, but then I've listened to the original like 30 times now so we shall see. The additional singers from the mid point on is a great idea though, makes it sound much fuller.

Personally I'm really starting to get winner vibes from this. Pastora came 10th cos she wore pink and looked like crap.

I am really behind Ruth to win, i simply adore this song.

Ruth performed this a few days ago on the Spanish version of Strictly Come Dancing while doing the full dance routine from the music video! :o Her vocals are fantastic considering she was dancing so much!

 

That was seriously incredible.

That was memorable.

 

I really think this is going to be the performance of the night.

A strong visual performance and this could do extremely well on the night, fingers crossed.

Ruth definitely knows the importance of the draw based on her reaction after drawing the second half in the press conference below (watch from 13:35)! :lol:

 

Second half performance is the best draw, for a second i thought was reading she was drawn to perform 2nd in the final and we all know very well that is the worst place to be drawn in.

 

 

Ruth seems to be out of the running going by the betting. At this late stage i hope top 10 can happen for her.

This song deserves top 5, it's a far greater ballad than Sweden imo.

Song's awful to be honest.

I was shocked Portugal gave no points to Spain as they normally do. I am delighted Ruth managed to make the top 10 (just about) she deserved higher but top 10 is a good outcome. She performed fantastically and i loved the staging.

Anyone know if there is a cd single version for Ruth?

I looked and can not source one.

So Ruth is about to release a Spanish only album and her debut song from it 'gigantes' is pretty damn good! Actually think she could do very well in Spain and across South America if she is promoted well. Very promising material.
