As Magic, Lily Allen, Ed Sheeran, Elliec Goulding, Milky Chance and Drake depart the chart this week there are six brand new entries. The highest is at 14 for the track that replaces "Happy" at the top of this week's UK chart namely "Rather be" by Clean Bandit. The group hit my chart in 2012 with their first release "A + E". In at 16 is the track that stands at 4 in this week's French chart by Jabberwocky featuring Elodie Wildstars. " Photomaton" is another addition to the French electropop presence in my chart with Klingande at 10 and Faul & Wad Ad at 11. In at 17 this week is Vybz Kartel who had no less than four Top 10 tracks in my chart in 2010 including one number one and two number twos, "Clarks", "Clarks again", "Straight Jeans and Fitted" and "Cake Soap" and then claimed another number one in 2011 with "Summer Time". Kartel has continued to have many hits in the Caribbean but none have entered my chart until this week as "Hi" comes in at 17 and is a big hit in the Caribbean at the same time that the Jamaican singer is in court in Kingston facing a murder charge ! At 18 is a reggae song but not a Jamaican one. Kenny B and Jeffrey Spalberg are from Surinam where the track "Paramaribo-o-o" promoting the Surinamese capital is currently at number one in that country. Meanwhile at 19 is Maitre Gims currently at 4 in my chart with "Zombie" and who was in my chart previously with "Bella". Finally at 20 is a teaming up of two singers also with another track in my current Top 20 as "Love is the answer" enters for Aloe Blacc featuring Pharrell Williams. Aloe Blocc rises this week from 20 to 15 with "The Man" whilst Pharrell Williams is at 1 with "Happy". Edited February 1, 201411 yr by moth09
