Thanks Milly, good to see some promo still. These days is hanging around on iTunes so that's good.

Shame about the album, but with no promo we can't expect much

Guess the climb two weeks ago was connected to Mothers Day. I really think that some TV promo, would be invaluable, even if they showcase only a couple of songs.

Some strong songs off this album aren't going to see the light of day - shame. Worried that a lot of people on the tour won't exactly know or connect with the lll songs, but I'm desperately hoping at least six songs make the cut.

Three is out of the top 100 here in Ireland this week, but these days remains top 100 dropping 2 places to number 97.

Agree Milly. It would have made far more sense to do a TV show. The small intimate gig will be full of fans who already own the album. A rather strange decision in my view and so close to the tour. I simply don't see the point of it.

The tv show would be much more sensical, and would have had a greater effect.

Will there be another single though? Usually they release 3 before/ during the tour. Unless GRFI is seen by them as a single, albeit not an official one?

I don't think there will be a third single, far too close to the tour date. The album hasn't reached its true potential and aside from These Days it hasn't made any impact at all.

When you think of the singles Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran have released recently it proves that singles do influence album sales. Unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised if only a few songs make their way onto the tour list. In which case I wont be happy. I've heard most of their back catalogue time and time again; I really want to hear the songs from lll live.

The promotion of the lll has been their worst since the comeback in 2005. Perhaps Gary's commitment to the musical has been a factor after all. The schedule should really have been thought out much better than it has been.

I'm still wondering what happened with the Ant and Dec interview. It wasn't much promotion, but still...at least it served to remind people of TT.

I don't think FN has been a reason for the lack of promotion. There's been plenty of opportunities when Gary was in UK, but nothing happened. I'm starting to think more and more that they chose not to promote on purpose.

Even so, I'm still deluded enough to hope for a 3rd single :)

I think there might be a third single. Only "the flood" had reasonable success from Progress but we still got three singles including kidz and happy now. Since the circus album, Take That have struggled to maintain their singles success with anything post the first single - maybe these are signs associated with an aging band who are struggling to achieve the same level of airplay promotion compared to in the past.

Good to see These Days up to #79 again on the UK iTunes. Now 90 is having a positive effect on it! Maybe it'll be back in the top 100 tomorrow

Wow, this is unexpected.

If only it had the same effect on the album as well.

Maybe I'll get my wish next week, on Easter day ;)

These Days back in top 100, at 77 (59 based on sales) :cheer:

But the album keeps dropping :( 89 this week (77 based on sales only)

It would be wonderful if the album could start to climb in the charts again, at this stage it looks unlikely unless promotion is carried out.
