This would suggest they will be doing a brand new album rather than a repackage of the existing album.
Let's hope it can stay in top 40 till Sunday.

That's interesting. On balance I wonder if they think they should have waited until this Xmas to release it, rather than in Gary's words 'make a band aid record'
In hindsight, I think they did well in releasing last year. The current tour may rebuild their fanbase and, if they release their next album this Xmas, they could benefit from the new fans gained. They should be smart and capitalize on this tour.

Yeah it would be suicide to wait another couple of years
I would hope the tour has helped reengage with lost fans, an album this Christmas would be wonderful to have. That said, i do believe Three has the potential to perform slightly better if they work on it, promote a new single properly and re-release the album.

If they promoted HTH properly, the album could sell well even after the tour ends.

A slot on Graham Norton or Britain's Got Talent would have been welcome.

Their label has got a bit lazy with TT.

They def need to do promo for the single, as I have many times before the handling of singles outside the lead single is disastrous and really frustrating.

Another week in top 40 :cheer:

Maybe this week we'll see III climb back in top 30, now that TT are moving to a new city.

Those, overall figures are disappointing, i am really believing it will never reach double platinum now.

I've given up hope it would reach double platinum anytime soon.

I'm hoping it can reach 500.000 copies, for now.

I would believe 500,000 is certain as they are not that far away, slow sales over a long period will see them reach that figure.

Does anyone else find it weird that HTH is the most played TT track in the last 30 days? Even Radio 2 seems to have played it 27 times. I hope this means they'll playlist it tomorrow.

Has any of you heard it on the radio?

I have yet to hear it on radio but added to a play list would be good for them and badly needed.

Bad how they haven't matched Progress' first week sales yet...

Haven't heard HTH at all yet...without a prime time TV appearance,i t won't chart. Surprising as they always used to play a chat show or something around the time of their tour. Maybe They'll be on TV this week when they hit London

I haven't heard HTH played on any radio station. Radio 2 always put TT on their play list but it doesn't have any impact outside of the initial single release. The only TT song I've heard on the radio in recent weeks is These Days. It's crazy that radio stations are still playing a single 6 months old, but totally ignore any follow up singles. They really, really should promote HTH somehow. As it stands, I agree with others, it won't chart. I can see why they chose These Days as the lead single because it's catchy, but I would have gone for a more ballad like song with These Days as the follow up single.

I still can't fathom the staggering drop in their album sales. I do wonder if the Progress album was a step too far for TT? I know there are people who rate it, but I've yet to meet anyone who does. Far too removed from their earlier offerings in my view and this may have back fired.

I don't think it was necessarily the content of Progress; fans would have put up with an album they didn't like and expected for the next one.

From the reactions I read at the time, it was the fact that they allowed Robbie back and gave him such a major role in the band that put most fans off.

They also need to find a way of getting back to the sound of BW, to recapture some of the lost audience. This means that they should let Gary be the main songwriter again, but, unfortunately, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
