And in the last edition of MTV Euro Top Chart for 2014 we have another shocking number 1! Earlier this year "Shake It Off" surprisingly reached the top spot... and now Taylor Swift's next single, "Blank Space", does the same!

It's great that yet another song that doesn't have success in the UK chart but appears in other European countries' singles charts manages to climb to the Top 20 of this chart - "Yellow Flicker Beat" by Lorde. It's somewhat of a pity that Lorde's "Team" couldn't do that earlier in the year - it only reached as high as number 21...
