March 27, 20169 yr Surprised no one has commented on it in this thread but it felt so odd not seeing her in the pictures from Vanessa's show at Cargo :( Ya it was unfortunate but she was filming in Ireland. She tweeted to say how sorry she was to miss it and Mollie gave her a shoutout on Instagram.
July 3, 20178 yr Forgot to post this up last week. The Saturdays’ Una Healy opens up about her battle with post-natal depression in moving Loose Women interview Una Healy has opened up about her battle with post-natal depression in a moving interview on Loose Women. The former member of The Saturdays, who has been with husband Ben Foden for five years, said she hoped speaking about her own experience would help other women who might suffer the same problem. Speaking about her experience publicly for the first time, she said: ‘I went back to the live shows of The Voice in Ireland six weeks after having Tadhg and I thought I could cope. ‘It was difficult, you feel like you’re in this dense fog and I went thicker and thicker into the fog and I just got really, really low and I didn’t know who to speak to about it. ‘I couldn’t sleep properly, I wasn’t feeling myself, it was just a horrible, horrible feeling.’ She went on to say she felt the pressure of motherhood also contributed to her feeling so low. ‘You want to be the best mum you can be and that pressure is on women,’ she said. ‘It’s like a taboo, you feel like there’s something wrong with you.’ However, she admitted she was now feeling much better. ‘I’m feeling great, I just hope I can help people, it’s not anything to be ashamed of,’ she said. August 18, 20177 yr Source: http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/style/...aly-beauty-diet The Saturdays singer Una Healy: I do like to eat healthy foods THE Saturdays singer and mum of two Una Healy, 35, shares her beauty and style tips. Which beauty products do you swear by? I’m a fan of Nivea Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Cream. It’s rich, but not greasy and doesn’t flare up my sometimes sensitive skin. It’s also affordable and has a built-in SPF. Crème de la Mer Eye Balm Intense, for the under-eye area, is quite pricey but really works. What are your essential cosmetics? I love Smashbox Studio Skin Foundation, which is lightweight and long-lasting, and Urban Decay Naked Heat Eyeshadow Palette. Warm colours suit me and this one has a perfect mix of them. Do you wear make-up every day? Yes. I wear foundation, pencil in my brows, then apply light blush, mascara and some lip balm. That only takes two minutes! What’s your top beauty tip this summer? Always carry a small tube of sunscreen in your handbag for you and the children. Which fragrances do you like? Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming for daytime then La Prairie Midnight Rain for the evening. Zadig & Voltaire This Is Her! is also great for day and night. How long do you spend getting ready for a night out? Ideally, I like to give myself about an hour and a half. But for a quick dinner, I can be ready in just half an hour. How do you pamper yourself? With a spa day. A full-body massage and a pedicure are so relaxing. Do you diet? I don’t follow diets, but I do like to eat healthy foods and avoid anything too sweet. For dinner, I eat simple family meals – I’m a meat and two veg kind of girl! How do you keep yourself mentally fit and well? After I had my son Tadhg, I had a spell of postnatal depression. I went to seek treatment from the doctor, but it’s also important to get out and meet other parents. I’ve found that a Tommy’s Splashathon Water Babies class really helps. Do you enjoy exercising with your children? Swimming is one of our favourite activities. It’s so important for kids to learn to swim from a young age. Water Babies classes are amazing. Una Motormouth Foden, queen of healthy foods!
August 26, 20177 yr Una is so boring these days like the rest of them. I don't care if you're playing in some shitty country music festival in some village in Ireland with Daniel o Donell or if Aoife Belle lost her front tooth. Start The Saturdays 2.0 with Mollie, Frankie and Alexandra Burke instead.
