How can people hate Issues? It managed to give Chasing Lights its peak! It is a fantastic track which we all know the girls can pull of live :P

I can't get enough of this megamix; they've really released some of the most incredible girl band singles of the 21st century. Hurricane, for some reason I love the transition between Higher, Issues, Gentleman and Ego. My favorite part. :)

 

I wonder if it'll be included for purchase on the digital EP of What Are You Waiting For. That'd be amazing.

 

I like the transition between Gentleman and Ego too, it's really just Issues. It feels snuck in really quickly, pitched up too, and well I don't like it. :lol:

The rest is fab, though.

 

The start is pretty great. Notorious/Up/If This Is Love is a great combination and obviously All Fired Up/Not Giving Up screamed for a mash-up, ha.

According to some Saturdays fan twitter, Alias apparently made an extended and normal version of the megamix. There might be life for My Heart Takes Over yet.

The minimal use of Missing You is criminal. Biggest airplay hit, 3rd most viewed music video, 8th biggest selling. Also shocked at the exclusion of Forever Is Over which I always thought was one of their favorites.

Loving the megamix, but also a little gutted not all of their singles were used (especially MHTO and FIO). Favourite bit is the Ego/Gentleman transition into Disco Love.

I echo that they desperately need to get a pre-order up on iTunes for this album. The longer it's up, the more pre-orders they'll get.

 

They should put Ego or What About Us as an instant grat to try and boost their single sales too! :lol:

I wouldn't mind if they made What About Us as an instant grat or maybe put When Love Takes Over (deluxe) as an instant grat?

 

The radio edit cuts out 'Missing You' and 'Not Giving Up'.

Radio edit is not really anywhere near as good. The transitions and song chopping dorms feel as

Smooth, I know it's meant to be shorter but it could

have used another 30 seconds to improve the flow.

 

Shame they cut Not Giving Up - I really like that section, but I can see why they did for a radio edit. Nobody knows the song and it's advertising their greatest hits. Cutting the 6 second Missing You section is pointless though, it may not be a fan favourite, but it's one of their more known and bigger hits.
