Kongos is a South African alternative rock band consisting of four brothers: Johnny, Jesse, Dylan and Daniel Kongos. They spent their childhoods in the city of London and in South Africa. Their father is best known for his 1971 Top 10 hit single, "He's Gonna Step On You Again", which 90's band Happy Mondays based their hit Step On on. The film Holy Motors used their song "Come with Me Now" in the official trailer. Their song initially released in 2011 as single from their album "Lunatic" but "Come with Me Now" became popular in the United States in 2014 and eventually peaking at number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. By reaching the summit of the chart in 10 weeks, it is the quickest song of a rookie band to top the chart since American rock band Evanescence's 2003 song "Bring Me to Life"..

It sounds great!!! Maybe they will release it in U.k too..

Lovely song. I'm surprised such an old one is smashing now but it does sound like an international hit, got just that right mix of folk-rock to be perfect for an international. Go SA

This is fabulous, thanks for the link. I want to buy it!

It's very much in the groove of John Kongos, only his hits were even more drummy and menacing. I thought he was fab when I was 13...!
