Fighting Temptation (Ft Missy Elliot, MC Lyte and Free) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/1/18/Fightingtemptation.jpg/220px-Fightingtemptation.jpg Score: 67 Highest Rates: Krusty Jack, Mack & Lovett=7 Lowest Rates: Barbaric Adam & Nick F1 = 0 & 5 non votes Now kicking off this rate starting off at #39 is "Fighting Temptation" although by no means a surprise as it doesn't feature on any of her studio albums, and this track was used to promote her movie also titled "Fighting Temptation" which was a moderate success grossing $32 million worldwide and was her 2nd cinema movie release, this track only got a limited european release, not released in the UK or USA which is probably why this track is so unknown manged to chart in Belgium (Flanders), Netherlands, Germany and Swiss, charting best in the Netherlands at #13. Despite featuring Missy Elliot, MC Lyte and Free, this track is really rather bland and quite forgettable, to be honest I can barely recall it and it didn't score very highly at all, in fact scoring no higher than a seven and mainly rates under 5's and quite a lot of non votes which brought this score down to a poor 67. 38. Amor Gitano (Ft Alejandro Fernandez) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/2/23/Beyonce-Knowles-Amor-Gitano-398164.jpg/220px-Beyonce-Knowles-Amor-Gitano-398164.jpg Score: 97 Highest Rates: Mack, O Mie d'Bandit & Lovett=9 Lowest Rates: Nick F1=0 & 3 Non Rates At #38 with a much higher and better score of 97 although not that high and the last single on this rate to score under a 100 points is "Amor Gitano" which translates in English "Gypsy Love" and is again another collaboration only this time with Mexican singer Alejandro Fernandez and again this another largely unknown Beyonce single as it was only released mainly in non english speaking country's, but it was released in the USA where it failed to make an impact on the Top 100, but it did manage to chart on US Latin Pop Songs chart at #23 and fared even better in Spain where it reached #1 for 13 weeks therefore becoming one of the biggest selling singles of all time over there. This track is also featured on some editions of Beyonce's second album "B-Day" only on the Deluxe editions. On this rate this track didn't get that many high scores despite gaining three 9's it also had 13 low scores and plus 3 non votes as well. Edited May 6, 201411 yr by acidburn

Wishing On A Star http://thefrugalgirls.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Wishing-On-A-Star-Beyonce.jpg Score: 105.5 Highest Rates: Lovett, THEO & Barbariser=8, Lowest Rates: Nick F1=0 At #37 is Beyonce's cover of "Wishing On A Star" originally sung by Rose Royce in 1978 and covered by many artists including The Cover Girls, Bey's hubby Jay Z, Seal and even the X Factor Finalists. Beyonce's version was used to promote her fragrance True Star and as an extended 3 track EP for the airplay charts and managed to chart at #28 on the US Billboard Adult R&B Airplay. On this rate this track managed three 8's, five 6's and 7's, and five 5's and quite a few lower rates as well. 36. Ego http://www.examiner.com/images/blog/wysiwyg/image/Beyonce-Ego.jpg Score: 112.5 Highest Rates: Jsily=11 Lowest Rates: O'Mie d'Bandit & Nick F1=0 & 3 Non votes At #36 is "Ego" the fifth USA single and sixth International single from Beyonce's third album "I Am Sasha Fierce" and also the first of nine singles to drop out of this rate, due to my forgettfulness at not including it straight away which cost this track 3 votes. "Ego" was originally offered to another singer Christelle Michele who of course turned it down and eventually Beyonce snapped it up for the deluxe edition of her third album. "Ego" was released in two different forms for the USA it's original album version and in Europe a remixed version featuring Kanye West. This track charted best in Brazil where it reached #4 and managed a #11 peak in New Zealand and top 40 positions in Sweden and USA while only managing a measly #60 in the UK. On this rate "Ego" really split people right down the middle with scores ranging from 11, a 10 and quite a few 1's and low muddling scores. More results to follow soon. Diva http://www.shallownation.com/images/beyonce_diva_single_cover.jpg Score: 126.5 Highest Rates: GRIFF & barbaric Dan=10 Lowest Rates: Mr Aly, Barbaric Adam, O' Mie d' Bandit=0 At #35 is another "I Am Sasha Fierce"single to drop, this time it's "Diva" which was the 3rd US single from the album which peaked at #19 over there and despite not being released anywhere else it did manage to chart worldwide in quite a few countries thanks to downloads, charting best in Brazil by hitting #1 and reaching top 40 in New Zealand and Australia and top 50 in Ireland and #72 and #73 in UK and The Netherlands respectably. On this rate despite scoring some high marks here and there, it just wasn't steady enough or even manage to keep up the pace, but did massively improve towards the end gaining four 6's in a row and a couple of 7's and 8's. 34. At Last http://i1132.photobucket.com/albums/m571/Akini_Morris/Beyonce-At_Last_CD_Single-Frontal.jpg Score: 129 Highest Rates: Lovett, MIKE, THEO, Barbariser & Liam=9 Lowest Rates: Nick F1=0 & 2 non rates At #34 is the Etta James and X Factor favourite track "At Last" covered by Beyonce for the movie "Cadillac Records" where of course Beyonce played Etta James herself and won critical acclaim for her part but despite all that the movie itself flopped grossing only $8 Million on a $12 Million budget. The track itself became a live fave of hers and it even cracked the charts peaking at #67 in the USA and #79 in Canada. On this rate the track started pretty grimly with a 2 and a bunch of 5's , but things did pick up with 8's, 7's and 9's, then just became steady towards the end. "Part II (On The Run)" is one the many many tracks that Beyonce has sung with hubby Jay Z and this won't be the first or last time you'll see these on this countdown. This track is featured on Jay Z's album Magna Carta Joly Grail and unlike they're other collaborations this is one of the one's that's least remembered and didn't make much impact charting at a mere#77 in the USA and at #93 in the UK and #187 in France. On this rate this track seemed to dip between high and low all the time, starting with two low scores and then two high scores and pretty much keeping up that pace throughout the rate.

"Video Phone" was the 8th single released from the album and was remixed to feature Lady Gaga and despite a adventurous music video the song didn't become huge and didn't chart in the top 20 anywhere, and managed top 40 positions in Australia, New Zealand and Spain while charting at #65 in the USA but faring better on the Dance charts by hitting #1 and a low charting of #58 on the UK charts. On this rate despite nine high ratings including three 10's, therre were four 6's and there were two 5's and six 3's and 4's and the rest lower.

On this rate despite scoring one 11, it didn't score any ten's at all and started off really slowly on this rate and then things picked up halfway through and after scoring 11, it managed mainly 7;s and 8's towards the end.

On this rate this track did start off quite well with a 10 and then gradually dropping but picking up again with 8's and remained mixed throughout the rest of the rate.

This track became a failure on the USA charts failing to dent the charts at all only on the R&B/Hip Hop charts at #104 and #1 on the Hot Dance Club Play chart, but fared much better worldwide by peaking at #7 in the UK and hitting #3 in Norway, while hitting top 20 in Ireland and Denmark and top 40 in Australia, Sweden, Netherlands and New Zealand. Although not the big success as thought it would be compared to Kelly Rowland topping the charts worldwide with Nelly on "Dilemma", but the tables would soon be turned with Beyonce's later releases. On this rate this track got off to a muddling start with 6's, 5's and 7's, and picked up slightly with 8's and quite a few 7's, but never gaining higher than a 9.

On this rate this track did gain quite a few high rates starting off well with an 8 and 9 a couple of 7's and a 10, but took a slight dip with some lower rates of 5's and 6's and shot back up with some 11's but then tumbled down and never quite recovered but did get some slightly better rates towards the end.

'03 Bonnie & Clyde (Ft Jay Z) http://chartarchive.org/artwork/19364-raw.jpg Score: 155 Highest Rates: GRIFF, Mack, Mike & Barbariser=9 Lowest Rates: Mr Aly=3 At #27 is "'03 Bonnie & Clyde" and yet another collaboration with hubby Jay Z and first released as a single and featured on his album "The Blueprint 2 - The Gift & The Curse" and just like her debut single featured on International editions of her first album "Dangerously In Love" therefore becoming the 2nd single from that album to drop out of this rate. This track featured a sample from rapper 2Pac's 1996 song "Me And My Girlfriend" and also spawned a feud with fellow singer Toni Braxton who also sampled the same track on her 2002 "Me And My Boyfriend" and said that they stole her idea but Jay Z denied this and he would have arranged a duet with Ms Braxton herself if he had known. This track became Beyonce's first successful release on the USA charts by reaching #4 and charting at #2 in the UK as well as topping the Swiss charts, hitting top 5 in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and The Netherlands, top 10 in Danish, Germany, Norway, Italy and Finland and Top 20 and Top 40 positions everywhere else and despite being her breakout success this track does seem rather forgotten when compared to a lot of her other singles. On this rate this track did do quite well gaining six 8's and 9's and then getting mostly 6's and 7's.

On this rate this track did manage one 10 and eleven 8's and 9's and quite a few low and muddling scores as well.

This track managed to peak at #11 in the USA and was her first single to miss the top 10 at the time and was seen as under performing which is why this track didn't get released worldwide and instead "Irreplaceable" was released instead in order to turn things around. This track did manage to chart in both Sweden and Japan but failing to make much impact on both of those charts peaking at #56 and #75 respectably. On this rate this track did get off to a rather shaky start but then picked up by the 5th rate and became up and down throughout and got better towards the end.
