24. Run The World (Girls)

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/6/63/Run_the_World_(Girls)_cover.jpg/220px-Run_the_World_(Girls)_cover.jpg

Score: 160

Highest Rates: Heezus=11

Lowest Rates: Mr Aly & Nick F1=0

At #24 is "Run The World (Girls)" which was the lead single from Beyonce's 4th album "4" and also the first track from that album to drop out of this countdown. It seems this track caused quite a lot of stir when first premiered as it totally burned up the iTunes charts and with that iconic music video that featured over 200 dancers, it seemed that the hyped died off rather quickly as it did not quite break records and instead split fans and critics right down the middle. The track peaked at #29 on the USA Billboard charts, her lowest charting lead single at the time but it did fare better in the UK reaching #11 again her first lead single to miss the top 10 but the track did chart in the top 10 in Belgium. Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Scotland and Norway, while reaching top 20 peaks in Ireland, France, Canada and Italy and top 40 everywhere else. On this rate this single managed one 11 and one 10, five 9's and ten 8's and 7's, but also 6 low scores.

23. Check On It (Ft Slim Thug)

At #23 is "Check On It" which was supposed to feature on the new "Pink Panther" movie in which she stars but didn't make the soundtrack, despite the music video featuring scenes from the film instead, this track was featured on Destiny's Child's greatest hits album "#1's" and this track was released rather quickly after they're final single "Stand Up For Love" completely bombed by missing the charts altogether, and this single really turned things around by becoming a #1 hit for her, in fact her third chart topper, and of course it followed trend worldwide by becoming another smash hit peaking at #4 in the UK and topping the New Zealand charts and hitting top 5 in Ireland, Norway, Hungary, Netherlands and Canada as well as hitting top 10 in Finland, Swiss, Denmark, Belgium and Austria and top 40 mostly everywhere else. On this rate this track did get a lot of high scores gaining a 11 and a 10, nine 8's and 9's.

22. Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)

Score: 164

Highest Rates: Mack=11

Lowest Rates: Mr Aly & Nick F1=-1

At #22 is the infamous "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" and now this is a surprise as I thought that this would have been much higher, but you raters spoke and clearly not quite as popular on this rate despite this single being one of her biggest selling singles and signature tunes of all time, hitting #1 in the USA and being certified 4x Platinum and hitting #7 in the UK and earning a Platinum disc over there and ranked as one of the biggest selling singles of all time selling 6.1 million copies worldwide. Released as the second single from her 3rd album "I Am Sasha Fierce" and therefore becoming the 4th track from that album to drop out of this rate, and like her previous single this again became a big chart hit worldwide as well topping the charts in Brazil and hitting top 5 and 10 positions in Canada, New Zealand, Isreal, Australia, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy and Spain. On this rate this track started off well scoring double 10's and triple 8's but then dipped and picked back up with a 11 and then went down to muddling scores and didn't quite recover.

At #21 and just missing the top 20 by the skin of it's teeth literally and again another surprise given the fact that "If I Were A Boy" is again one of Beyonce's most famous and biggest hits and in fact it's her biggest selling UK single to date and became her 4th UK #1 and peaked at #3 in the USA and topping the charts in Netherlands, Danish, Isreal, Norway, Slovak and Sweden, top 5 in Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Swiss, Belgium, Canada, Italy, Spain, France and Hungary. Released as the lead single from "I Am Sasha Fierce" and therefore becoming the 5th single to drop out so far. On this rate despite not scoring any 11's, it did manage five 10's and eleven 9's and 8's.

A lot of my favourite singles eliminated already, the top 20 is going to be interesting.
'Single Ladies' - worst song EVER. 'Run The World' is also close, god, she really has released some utter shit hasn't she?

She hasn't.

Beautiful Liar is my least favourite song from her, hopefully that's up next.

WHAT IS THIS MESSY RATE

"Single Ladies" out WAY too soon :(

Check On It is absolutely phenomenal  should be #1

20. Green Light

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/7/74/Greenlight.jpg/220px-Greenlight.jpg

Score:174.5

Highest Rates: Jsily & GRIFF=10

Lowest Rates: Krusty April & barbaric dan=4

Now kicking off the top 20 is "Green Light" by just 0.5, the fifth UK single and 7th overall single from her second album "B*Day" and also the 4th track from that album to drop out of this rate. "Green Light" was initially planned as the international follow up alongside "Get Me Bodied" to follow "Deja Vu" but for whatever reasons that didn't happen, as this wound up being released as the final single and it performed quite modest worldwide as it charted at #10 in Belgium, #46 in Ireland and #20 in Netherlands, but then the track got remixed being given the Freemasons remix for the UK market and it peaked at #12 and managed to climb a further two places to #18 on the Netherlands chart. On this rate despite scoring just two 10's, the scores were mainly high with five 9's, six 8's, six 7's and just four lower scores and scoring no lower than a 4, so this track was mostly popular on this rate.

19. Broken Hearted Girl

Score: 178.5

Highest Rates: Heezus, Liam & TheSatsLadyGaga =10

Lowest Rates: barbaric dan=4

At #19 is "Broken Hearted Girl" which was to be released as the 6th USA and 4th european single from her third album "I Am Sasha Fierce" but was replaced by new track "Sweet Dreams" and was therefore released outside the USA as the 5th International single from the album, which was originally gonna be a classic rhythm and blues track until producer Babyface changed the arrangement and chords and turned it into a mid-tempo ballad. The track peaked into the top 20 in Australia, Germany and Ireland while peaking at #27 in the UK and top 40 in Austria. On this rate this track started off with moderate rates and didn't start getting 10's until towards the end.

Score: 186

Lowest Rates: O' Mie d'Bandit=-1

At #18 is "Best Thing I Never Had" which was the 2nd single released from Beyonce's 4th album "4" and also the second single to drop out of this rate. Released quite quickly after "Run The World (Girls)" underperformed and did turn things around by hitting #3 in the UK becoming her sixteenth top 10 hit over there and thanks to her Glastonbury performance of that year and reached #16 in the USA while topping the US Hot Dance Club songs chart as well as hitting #2 in Ireland and #5 in New Zealand and top 20 in Australia and Japan and top 40 positions in Netherlands, Danish, Canada, Germany, Swiss and Austria. On this rate this track scored three 11's and five 10's and nine 8's and 9's and being therefore mainly high and steady scores.

At #17 is "Baby Boy" which was released as the 4th single from her first album "Dangerously In Love" and also the 4th track from that album to drop out of this rate. "Baby Boy" became a massive success when released in 2003 topping the USA charts for 9 weeks becoming both her and Sean Paul's 2nd USA #1 hit and therefore was even included on the revamped version of his album "Dutty Rock". "Baby Boy" became another hit for both artists worldwide by peaking at #2 in the UK and in New Zealand as well as hitting #3 in Australia and earning a Platinum disc over there selling 70,000 copies as well as hitting top 10 in Germany, Sweden, Swiss, Danish, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain and Norway as well as top 20 in Italy and Austria. On this rate this track managed three 10's and started off getting mostly 8's and 9's and keeping to that mainly throughout the rate.

Score: 188.5

Highest Rates: Jsily, Lovett & Liam=10

Lowest Rates: Randonfurlong=5

At #16 is "Deja Vu" the lead single from Beyonce's 2nd album "B-Day" and recieved a positive reception when it came out as her vocal delivery was compared to Tina Turner and it's Freemasons remix was nominated for 3 Grammys and it won a Mobo award for Best Song. This track is the fifth track to drop out of this rate. "Deja Vu" became another hit for Beyonce topping the UK charts becoming her 2nd #1 at the time and reaching #4 in the USA and reached top 10 in Ireland, Norway, Swiss, Italy, Finland, Belgium and Germany as well as top 20 in Sweden, Australia, Austria, Netherlands, New Zealand and Belgium. On this rate this track got off to a strong start with a 10 and mainly 8's and 9's but took a slight dip towards the end with a bunch of 7's, but mainly high scores throughout.

15. Why Don't You Love Me

http://loft965.files.wordpress.com/2010/05/whydontyouloveme.png

Score: 188.5

Highest Rates: O' Mie d'Bandit & Lovett=11

Lowest Rates: Krusty April=2

At #15 is "Why Don't You Love Me" and despite scoring the same as "Deja Vu" I ranked this higher due to this track gaining two 11's. Released as the 9th and final single from her third album "I Am Sasha Fierce" and the 7th single to drop out of this rate. This track was released in the UK only peaking at #51 and despite not being released anywhere else this track did gain some attention and chart in other countries like topping the US Hot Dance Club Songs and peaking at #73 in Australia. On this rate this track did surprisingly well given the fact that this wasn't one of her most successful singles gaining two 11's and four 10's, nine 8's and 9's.
