Not a favourite of mine. I remember being a bit disappointed when I first heard it after the rave reviews from some Devotees from the festivals. Having said that Will has giving us some cracking live performances especially at the outdoor gigs. It's a pity the superb X Factor performance wasn't timed for the week of release as I'm sure it would have resulted in higher sales.

Its not a favourite of mine either TT, it's one I listen to in very small doses. I hoped for a video that would set it off but I think the horse one fell a bit short, though beautifully shot.

 

The campaign was a bit disjointed too, with the XF appearance coming out of nowhere weeks before it was released as a single. Still, it will have earned Will a nice sum from the Nat West adverts!

I never really liked Grace except live at Kenwood Park, which was great. It certainly was a bit of a let down after all the hype from some devotees. :) I didn't like the performance very much on TV "A Night with Will Young"

I liked that 4Music session as a whole, thanks for the Grace performance suggy, good to watch again. :)

One of my least favourites from Will...interesting that this song seems to be the least liked by his fans and yet a few raved about it when they first heard it.

 

i first heard it with suggy :friends: when we both went to that ( expensive ) concert in chiswick. He sang a few songs and i was waiting for him to sing it (i thought i would recognize by how amazing it would sound) only one of the unknown songs stood out a little :coffee: ( didnt like that much either but it was the best of the few i heard) i later found out that was a joni Mitchell cover :lol:

Hi Ros the sound was only a problem when i was recording, we were right next to a speaker which is always an issue when recording, it makes it sound distorted if its even a bit louder than usual.

And it was loud !! ...i dont stand so close anymore :lol:

I remember you weren't happy with the recordings. I think I can remember people shouting out about the sound too, maybe it was too low to start with?

Grace is one of my hubby's favourite Will songs....he plays it in the car all the time.

 

I like it but don't love it and the video is probably my least fav of all Will's videos.
