December 11, 201410 yr First tickets available on Monday already :o I sadly won't be attending the event in the end :'(
December 18, 201410 yr Thought about going for them but it doesn't really fit in with my plans for next year and it would have to go a long way to be better than Copenhagen :cheer: Edited December 18, 201410 yr by Tom Xmas KayKe
December 18, 201410 yr I can't go either as I've got provisional trips to Germany in May and Portugal in June, the former completely clashing with Eurovision. Malmo will be in my heart forever though <3 Also, yay Tom *.* Merry Xmas!
December 18, 201410 yr Hi guys, Merry Christmas :D I'm looking at Canada, Germany and maybe Israel next year, that and I'm likely to get a promotion and be doing singing lessons, so tbh I have no idea how I would fit it in.

December 23, 201410 yr Author 39 participants confirmed! Glad to see an increase after a couple of years with decreases in participation. And with Ukraine, Bulgaria and Bosnia & Herzegovina all saying they want to participate but can't due to financial or political reasons then I think we will be able to cross the 40 mark again very soon. http://www.eurovision.tv/page/news?id=euro...ented_in_vienna
January 14, 201510 yr Author Well aren't Digital Spy on the ball this year, this article is one of their music headlines: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a62...~p1maOeDI1G5who
January 20, 201510 yr The stage looks interesting.. http://www.eurovision.tv/save-files/resizes/db/91/98/a4/35/a1/f2/45/9d/b2/79/f7/ff/e2/a2/2f/Bildschirmfoto_2015-01-15_um_184003.jpg http://www.eurovision.tv/save-files/resizes/37/8a/40/5d/1e/76/16/a6/17/17/a4/08/a5/7f/79/84/Bildschirmfoto_2015-01-15_um_184523.jpg A huge eye is the simplest way to describe how it looks like but there is substantially more behind the vision of the stage of the 2015 edition of the world's biggest entertainment event. The eye is a portal and forms a bridge between the artists, their delegations and the audience all over the world. "The vision for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is the bridge from the past to the present and the future. The eye is a symbol of this bridge - a mutual respect between cultures, countries and people." explains Kathrin Zechner, ORF’s TV director. The stage consists of 1288 individual pillars and measures 44 metres in width, 14,3 metres in height and up to 22 metres in depth. The LED pillars can produce a wide variety of lighting effects as can the 11 metre diameter stage floor. In the background, there is another LED wall of 22 metres wide and 8,5 metres high. It certainly looks more memorable than the last couple of stages we've had but I need to see it in action to be convinced. The lighting effects will probably be wonderful in making each performance visually different from the next. Might look a little *too* big though.
January 20, 201510 yr Author Looks amazing!! Those LED lights are going to look incredible and love the LED screens as always. Very glad they are having an LED floor as well, they really made some of the performances unique last year - The Netherlands, Montenegro, Macedonia, Estonia for example. No catwalk for the first time in ages, but hardly anyone ever uses them anyway.
January 29, 201510 yr 2JTFh28y30s An interview with the executive producer of this year's show. At 1:25 he says the BBC is doing a show for the anniversary of the contest so the Graham Norton/Petra Mede rumour might be true!
January 31, 201510 yr The stage looks extremely fabulous! I can say now that there will be an interesting light game. It looks definitely more memorable than stages from previous years. Edited January 31, 201510 yr by Veis
