Commentary : Sam Smith's song about a one night stand "Stay with me" tops my chart for a 3rd straight week and is this week's number one in New Zealand prior to its UK release. Ex Uk number one "Hideaway" by Canadian singer Kiesza climbs another notch to 2 whilst this week's US number 3 "Fancy" is also my number 3 for Australian singer Iggy Azalea. Biggest climber of the week from 16 to 10 is the song destined to be this week's UK number one " I will never let you down" by Rita Ora set to replace the current number one "Waves" by Mr Probz rising from 10 to 7 on my chart. Four new entries this week and three of them are Eurovision entries with the highest being the winner for Austria Conchita Wurst's "Rise like a phoenix" followed by the 5th placed Hungarian entry by Andras Kallay Saunders and the 2nd placed Dutch entry by the Common Linnets. Both the Austrian and Dutch entries have emerged as big pan European hits at least this week. Sweden's entry came 3rd but doesn't quite make my chart... instead Swedish singer Lykke Li makes her first appearance on my chart with a track to be featured on a film "The fault in our stars" and becomes the highest new entry at 13... her big hit from 2011 "I follow rivers" did not make my chart.

19 --- 19 01 Calm after the storm (The Common Linnets) 19 This one was my fave to win. My fave on the performance, stage presence and song was Conchita but if we were just judging on the songs alone I reckon that the Hungarian was the most contemporary and credible particularly lyrically and the Dutch was a good country song unusual to see on ESC.

Fab!

Thank you James.
