For her new single "Say Yes", a remix of the Nigerian gospel song "When Jesus Says Yes", Williams recruited Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé to add a little extra punch. Williams even got Bey's little sis, Solange to stop by and record a little something.

Sure, it's a gospel song, but Williams clearly wants to get you on the dancefloor with this track's pulsating beats. Forcing all of us to wonder, "Is Jesus ready for this jelly?". The song will be featured on Williams' upcoming solo album, Journey to Freedom, which is slated to be released later this year. According to Miss Info, the three ladies also reunited for an upcoming music video.

I really like the song. A lot. Is this a proper release? Hopefully it's a HIT of some sort.

Sorry, it is far more SHIT than hit, let's be honest.

I really wanted to love the Michelle lead as well.

No!! I love the gospel feel to it *.*

It IS gospel.

It's alright, but I'm not that bothered by it. I don't really like actual gospel music because it's obviously very ~Jesusy. You Changed from Kelly's last album was better interms of "DC but not actually DC" tracks.

Text would be appreciated. I clicked on this thread and knew literally nothing about the song except who was singing on it and what it's called. I only know it's a lead single because of Davidson's post, too.

It's just people's different styles of giving people information though innit? Sometimes there isn't that much to say.

Well not really. If you want to promote discussion in your forum then you should give people stuff to discuss, not basically say "You'd be better off googling this song".

Each to their own, and I'm sure Lovett can speak for himself, but in fairness he's a mod of the forum, he doesn't really need to do much here apart from stimulate conversation, which he's done by creating a thread for this song.

I apologise for not writing an essay about the song, there isn't really much known about it. I was also in a rush and thought the people who visit the forum would rather listen the song sooner than wait a day so that I could write a couple of lines stating that she's releasing it as a single. I'll make sure to do better in the future.

I really like this track! :o Not particularly huge on Jesus-y lyrics or anything but the song itself is great aside from that, they all sound great on it too. You Changed was a better track though, I agree with Aaron on that ~

Literally just came on here to see if it had already been posted.

Surprisingly catchy! ^_^

Can someone please merge into the actual thread (don't know if I have the POWER)

It's pretty catchy, although I can't say I'm a lover of the lyrical content.

Michelle is still my fave though

(Beyoncé's hair looks ridiculous).
