Tbh I think she should have performed it on Alan Carr instead. I don't think paul o Grady is as popular as it used to be and CBBC won't have much of an impact at all as 5 year olds are not gonna really pre order songs. I think a radio premiere will come with the video

I'm sure she's done that just to boost pre-orders which hasn't really worked :( I'm sure the single will do fine in the end though.

Surely the nearest passing bandwagon would be dance but her album is really soul/r&b which does sounds really like her. :wub: She's being herself rather than jumping on a bandwagon like last time - which she pretty much did

It's not bad by any means, in fact the song and the video are quite cute. I think 'Heart Cry' would have made a better single though IMO.

I really hope Lay Me Down is a hit but she's in LA right now which means there probably won't be anymore promotion until later. Still yet to premiere on both You tube and radios but there is a bit less than 8 weeks until release.
