I reckon Cheryl will debut at No.1, but both will get there. Rude will undeniably open strongly but it's also the sort of song that will grow over time. It will probably have a chart run like 2-1-2-2-3-4 etc...compared to 1-3-9...for Cheryl.

 

I'd prefer Cheryl too, I'm yet to understand what's so great about Rude. That said, this is her worst lead single yet...

Don't care who's number one tbh but it will obviously be Cheryl Cole because of the UK's obsession with trumpets lately.

I don't think either song is any good but at least Cheryl doesn't spell her name in ALL CAPS.

No competition for me at all. Magic is miles better but unfortunately Cheryl Cole is likely to make it to no1 but not because she deserves it cos her song is shit.

Hopefully Rude will get it, Crazy Stupid Love is dire. Dire. That trumpet(?) bit is the worst part of a shingle-inducing song.
