comparemyradio.com/tracks/The_Saturdays/What_Are_You_Waiting_For? - Radio has just gone up by 54 plays, it was up by 30 plays the day before. It's not amazing but last week it was going up by about 3, 4 or 5 plays a day. All they need is like an additional 2 spins in the day time over the next weeks from Capital and a bit of promo and the song could go too ten.

It'll go Top 10 regardless. And if it does somehow miss out, it'll be due to lack of streaming.
anyone else notice that radio 1 have played this a total of 5 times now? I think they're gonna get playlisted maybe. 5 times is 4 times better than NGU right?

No they haven't? What gave you that idea? They've played Disco Love 4 times and WAYWF 1 time in the last 30 days (plus one late night play of WAYWF)

It's fallen out of the video rolling chart.... :(

Still not in the Shazam 200. Oops

I'm pretty certain there's mp way R1 are going to playlist this. There's not enough hype. Hopefully Capital will tomorrow/today though.

I think James is looking at The Saturdays on compare my radio instead of looking at 'What Are You Waiting For'. Ouch at this only peaking at #39 on Television Airplay. There really is no hype for the girls anymore and I guess with no radio airplay not a lot of people will know about the song. I don't think there's a chance Radio 1 will playlist 'What Are You Waiting For'. It's got next to no hype and despite doing a competition with Shazam it couldn't even go top 200.

If Capital & Radio1 snub this, is there any way back? I doubt The Saturdays will be supported with the next single unless they attempt to crack Germany etc first and generate hype.

It's only managed 632,000 views which I think is the slowest Saturdays' video ever.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.... when the girls themselves and their management can't put the effort in to hype the song, why should radio stations? The girls clearly think their personal lives are more important.

Is there time to cancel this release and pretend this Greatest Hits campaign never happened?

I still think Capital can playlist them really really late, but I think Radio 1 is an obvious snub at this point. :/

I am past caring now. Why should we worry about their laziness.

Me too. Just meh. They'd could have pushed this, but haven't. It's just over two weeks to release now.

Rochelle just tweeted about being in the studio again with Ali Tennant (who is also partially behind Promise Me and Wish I Didn't Know) , recording for Album 6. She tweeted

"Don't bore us get to the chorus"
, a quote from the song? Just two weeks before the song gets released and I'm not worried enough, the airplay is bad and the video doesn't seem t' get that many viewers. At this point I'm only interested in new music rather than hoping for their success, because this is too much for a fan too handle.

I had a dream about the When Love Takes Over cover, it sounded a bit like Disco Love. Una was singing the Chorus in a very subtle way, which sounded really good, but I was massively disappointed because I really wanted Roch t' belt out the chorus. I'm really hoping for the leak this week, maybe by Digital Spy or something, I could also imagine a mention in this weeks mailer about it.

Ugh... there's really nothing to say is there?

Also R.I.P Buzzjack Saturdays thread, we die with it.
Don't get me wrong, I would be heartbroken if they split, but there would be no point kicking ourselves about it. At the end of the day it was the disorganization of everyone who was working with, or associated with 'The Saturdays'.
It is abysmal. I was so excited about this era. They had enough hits to have really made something out of this album and tour. They don't care, and the public don't care with them.
