July 25, 201410 yr If the plans about releasing an album later this year are indeed real, it does seem like this Greatest Hits and this tour is just a way to cash in some easy money. 'Walking Through the Desert' has been produced by a really unknown/unpopular producer which I believe doesn't ask much She actually seems quite good, she wrote a song on Kylie's last album & has been in the studio with Little Mix. & also the lad that wrote & co-produced it with her has also worked with Sam Smith & The Vamps. So I'm kinda hoping Walking Through The Desert will be decent. :) Edited July 25, 201410 yr by Dane
July 25, 201410 yr they're playing at Leicester Music Festival tomorrow. I'm sure the Daily Mail will post pics of them to write about Frankie not being there

So I'm kinda hoping Walking Through The Desert will be decent. :) Oh I'm sure it will! I thought it sounded really good from the 5 second clip of the demo recording we had, but they are just as much popular as the people who wrote/produced 'What About Us' which is not very much. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind at all! I think these people can offer quality songs just as the big names, sometimes their tracks are actually even better. ^_^ My point was just that it probably didn't cost the label a lot to get the rights to the song.

July 25, 201410 yr If Rochelle can f*** their US plans up by her getting pregnant then I'm sure Frankie can miss some festival date -_-

July 26, 201410 yr If Rochelle can f*** their US plans up by her getting pregnant then I'm sure Frankie can miss some festival date -_- Let's say Rochelle didn't get pregnant and they went back to US after promoting in the UK. What About Us starts to take off, but OH NO Frankie becomes pregnant. #FrankiesNotSoPerfectNow
July 26, 201410 yr Let's say Rochelle didn't get pregnant and they went back to US after promoting in the UK. What About Us starts to take off, but OH NO Frankie becomes pregnant. #FrankiesNotSoPerfectNow They'd have been back here to release WAU anyway so it wouldn't have mattered. #RochelleMoveOver :drama: B-) & as demonstrated by the acoustic version, Frankie can be covered quite nicely in the track so doesn't matter too much, again.
July 26, 201410 yr & as demonstrated by the acoustic version, Frankie can be covered quite nicely in the track Just not by the right member. #MoveOverRochelle #MolliesGotIt
July 26, 201410 yr Just not by the right member. #MoveOverRochelle #MolliesGotIt Is it Mollie on the acoustic too? :o I had no idea Mollie covered Frankie's parts!!!
July 26, 201410 yr Is it Mollie on the acoustic too? :o I had no idea Mollie covered Frankie's parts!!! No, sadly it's Rochelle. She has taken over Frankie's line. :'( I mean, don't get me wrong, Rochelle sound technically good, but Mollie just got the sultry tone down.
July 26, 201410 yr Frankie wouldn't have got pregnant if Quen Rochelle hadn't first. Which just shows Quen's influence on peasants
July 26, 201410 yr Just not by the right member. #MoveOverRochelle #MolliesGotIt #MoveOverMollie #UnasGotIt http://youtu.be/dRaGskWYiz4?t=1m14s Rochelle sounds better than all three of course... and obviously- and whatever- and it's not even a hard line to sing anyways.
July 26, 201410 yr It's sung really low which for girls could be hard...but with Rochelle, Mollie and Una being altos (or pop tenor for Una), it kinda fit right in their ranges I reckon. :P I still think Mollie and Frankie are the ones doing it right, though. It's not about singing the lines well, it's about delivering the sultry tone that goes with the message of the verse...and only Mollie and Frankie managed to do it.
July 26, 201410 yr I think Una, Mollie, Frankie and Rochelle are all too nasal to give a perfect low sultry tone in my opinion, I think Vanessa where it's at. I loved it when she covered Roch's "Oh why are we are waiting so long I'm suffocating".
