As the Radio 1 playlist confirmed last week, Jake Bugg is releasing There's a Beast and We All Feed It as the fifth single from his second album Shangri La!

 

Decent song, I quite like it, but it's the weakest single from the album to date IMO, and Me and You must be released next before finishing the era.

 

I just don't really see the potential in this... unless this has a cheap EP with new songs like 'Messed Up Kids', I don't see this impacting the Top 200 at all.

I really like it as an album opener but it's a bizarre single. "Simple Pleasures" should have been released ages ago.

I actually quite like this, shame how short it is :(

 

Slumville Sunrise is his best though
