Posted July 26, 201410 yr P!nk’s career began in 1999, since then she has released six studio albums, one greatest hits, six headlining tours, 34 singles, 3 Grammy Awards, 6 MTV Video Music Awards. The Pink History Awards is giving you the chance to vote for your favourite songs, albums, music videos and tours. There are many categories, but the first step will be a nominations round. Below are a list of categories for you to send in your nominations. You MUST email your nominations to me at pinkhistory@hotmail.com. Any nominations sent by any other method (eg Facebook, Twitter etc) will NOT be counted. You may send in up to THREE nominations for each category. If you send any more than three, I will only include the top three that you send in (eg. for best single, if you send this list ‘Just like a pill, So what, Who knew, Try’ I will not include Try in the count for the final nominations). Once I have counted the nominations, I will include the top 5 (or in some categories 10), into the voting round. Email your nominations to me by Thursday 31st July 2014. I will send you an email reply once your nominations have been added to the final count on Friday to confirm that I have your email. Once all nominations are in and have been counted and a top 5 or 10 of each category have been created, I will open up a page with polls for you to come and vote for your favourites. After that, I will create a results page to share the results. There will be more categories than this, but some do not need nominations. The categories which you will need to send in nominations for are: Best Can’t Take Me Home album track (no singles nominations please! Any singles nominated in this category will NOT be counted) Best Missundaztood album track (no singles nominations please! Any singles nominated in this category will NOT be counted) Best Try This album track (no singles nominations please! Any singles nominated in this category will NOT be counted) Best I’m Not Dead album track (no singles nominations please! Any singles nominated in this category will NOT be counted) Best Funhouse album track (no singles nominations please! Any singles nominated in this category will NOT be counted) Best The Truth About Love album track (no singles nominations please! Any singles nominated in this category will NOT be counted) Best Greatest Hits… So Far! album track (please do not nominate Raise Your Glass or f***ing Perfect, any nominations for these tracks in this category will not be counted) Single which you wish had made the tracklist for the Greatest Hits… So Far! Best overall Single Best music video Best cover song performed by Pink, either in the studio or live performance Best B-side Best overall song Worst song (this will be a hard one for most, but come on, we’ve all got a least favourite song!) Copy & paste the above list and include your nominations, remember you can nominate up to three in each category.
