Wooo. I streamed 10 times off my bf's spotfiy. (He was so angry when I accidentally shared it on his Facebook). That's 40 counted streams from me today.

How's everyone else doing?

I put it on repeat and went for a workout.. when I came back it had stopped

Maybe it's because I'm only using the free one?

The album has appeared on streaming sites so could pick up some additional streams for the single?
If I download the tracks on spotify do they still count without wifi being on?

No, If you listen 'offline' then the plays do not count towards the charts :(

I noticed this, you have to search for it. The link is in the first post of this thread.

Keep streaming people! Get those 100 streams a day.

Btw FS was left out I Spotify's 'new releases' this week.

Apparently the app RaRa counts towards the charts too. It has a free trial. I've just downloaded it and am currently streaming WAYWF
I think streaming is really going to affect pop bands - Just had a look on Deezer and The Saturdays are not in the Top 100 singles, albums or artist charts - Other acts like Little Mix, Neon Jungle and Rixton are but they are really low down so as streaming gets bigger I think we will see more of a major difference between sales charts and overall charts with pop acts than we will with other artists?

How's streaming going guys?

Greatest Hits is the 44th most streamed album on Napster at the moment. and 41 on Deezer! Not that bad actually!

The Saturdays are now the 81st most streamed artist on Deezer, too.

Unfortunately they aren't on Spotify, as spotify was the only streaming site not to bother advertising them in new releases.

Keep streaming though, it's having an affect!
