A shock voting scandal has occurred that all the songs out so far have moved themselves up a place. They have all been pushed down a position and this will not be changed unless two tasks are completed

 

TASK 1: However one of these 10 songs above will be re-instated. Vote for your favourite in the poll with these 10 songs in. The top 2 at the end of part 1 will face each other in the next round to decide which one is back in the competition. When 1 song is re-instated, the rest of the songs will be moved back up a place. Also credit to *Tim for thinking of this idea

 

TASK 2: Of the 8 remaining songs, only 6 songs will face round 9. 2 songs have automatically made it through to round 10. The two songs who have finished number 1 the most times are All Fired Up and Up. Those 2 songs are automatically through. In part 1 of this round, the 6 songs have been split up into 3 groups. The first tie is Disco Love v Higher, the second tie is What About Us v Ego and the third tie is Not Giving Up v Work [decided by most weeks at 1]. Please vote for your least favourite in these 3 ties. The 3 that have got the most results by probably Saturday will go into part 2 in a poll of 3- the song with the most votes in this round will be evicted.

Agreed, especially as both are quite liked - especially Totto and Higher ;)

 

EDIT: Can someone please explain where on earth All Fired Up is? It hasn't gone out I don't think and it wasn't an option...

Third (and hopefully final edit): I'm really not functioning with how this game is working in the slightest :lol: Really this rate is to find out our least favourites so:

 

a) Voting a favourite back in doesn't make sense to me because if it's been voted out as a least favourite then why re-vote it back in? It's almost as if Notorious (for example) went out, came back and got placed a rank higher even though it shouldn't be because it has been voted it out :huh:

b) Essentially you're making us pick favourites by grouping them in pairs i.e. Higher and Disco Love as well as What About Us and Ego are generally ones we all agree on as really good songs anyway, so it's sort of tempting with the results by pairing them off against each other when that might not really be the case of a least favourite. Aka were basing the song against another song when it's the least favourite song rate, not songs :lol:

c) Leading on from point b, I might have my least favourites as What About Us and Ego for example yet I'm being forced to pick a favourite out of a least favourite as well as possible vote for a song in the first category which may be like a third favourite song yet I'm forced to vote as least favourite even though it's a favourite?

 

Sorry for ramblings that would make Motormouth proud, but I hope those points make sense? :lol:
