There'll also be a fair few dropouts from the last Aftonbladet list - it was announced 20 out of the 28 artists were new to MF, and we had six today. Two of Ellen Benediktson, Andreas Johnson, Måns Zelmerlöw and Caroline Wennergren are out - given Måns is writing for Behrang Miri I reckon he's definitely one of the drop outs, and I'm hoping Caroline Wennergren's the other (trust me on this one)

I am very pumped for One By One! If Elize has been writing it, and it turns out to be good as is likely, I don't think she could get closer to perfection.

 

Neverstore and Behrang Miri look like ones to watch too from that lineup. And I'm intrigued to hear what Dolly Style will sound like from that title and who they are.

A decent list overall, still gutted that we've lost four songs but hey ho. Some promising newcomers, some veterans and it's brill to see a few acts back. Great songwriters too. Hope Sanna makes a good host, she can't do any worse than this year's presenters.

People may be intrigued to know that Ellen Benediktson's had, uh, a bit of an image change...
