Mine could be nothing other than the seminal Work Bitch (maybe the 7th Heaven remix on occasion) I even use it to hype me up for uni essays haha

Yes the original Work, Bitch is perfect for excercise. The verses actually get me going the most. GO CALL THE POLICE, always initiated a sprint.

I have a playlist of about 1,500 random upbeat tracks from my iTunes library and I found 'Work Bitch' is perfect for the rowing machine, also 'If U Seek Amy' and 'Till The World Ends' once came on when I was using the cross trainer and it helped make that horrible grueling experience a bit more pleasurable.

Amazing list. :wub: totally forgot about 'Mannequin' that's another one on my playlist. My playlist has almost 100 songs on it that I just shuffle, so sometimes I forget some classics.

'Till the World Ends (Instrumental)' is my personal favourite. Has been one of my go-to tracks for running for the past couple of years now!

The build up and climax (lol) of the last minute or so is just perfect for a good sprint. Such a good motivator!
