Listening through the Hunger Games soundtrack now so I've finally heard this after like a month and a half of solid flop stanning (I kept forgetting this even existed :drama:) It did not disappoint though  Might take a few more listens to be up there with her previous singles but another very good song from her nonetheless.

I'm slightly less late to hearing the Kanye rework - slightly disappointed at the lack of actual vocals from Kanye, but maybe we'll get a proper Kanye/Lorde collab in the future (and it'll be amazing if 'Meltdown' is anything to go by ) Not really a whole lot different to the original but I think it is very marginally the better version as the darker production suits the vocals a bit more perhaps?

Slight tangent from this thread but this entire soundtrack is really quite amazing (as I had hoped from the pretty much perfect artist line-up on it) - CHVRCHES, Major Lazer, Tinashe and The Chemical Brothers delivering majorly, the Raury and Grace Jones songs are also really good and even Charli XCX isn't sounding too bad for once. Only song I was a bit disappointed with was Tove Lo's which is quite forgettable. And XOV 'Animals' wasn't great either but I didn't have any expectations for that, not having a clue who or what XOV is.

(that post was too essayish for my liking)

You like the Chemical Bros tune then? Great so it is and I don't even like Miguel too much!!
The Grace Jones track is awesome. Not sosold on the rest aparrt from Yellow Flicker Beat.
Although I liked it from first listen, hearing it at the end of the film really sold it to me. Absolutely adore it now!
