LOVE it! The basslines in this are hypnotising, and I'm glad he didn't just spit out a carbon copy of 'Faded'.

 

I love both tracks, I'm interested to check out more and think he has major potential.

The rest of The Nightday EP (unfortunately with no indication of a release date here from what I can see) is very good and I'd recommend that although I must say I wouldn't have picked 'Stay Closer' as the second single, but then that's just because it's less of my thing than the rest of the EP. It's very nice though, as with all his stuff, maybe it'll grow on being made a single.

 

'Superfriends' has some lovely Disclosure-esque beats, 'Cocaine Model' takes a bit of growing but is pretty cool and while I feel like I've whored out talking about 'Paradise Awaits' far too much it's still my favourite of his. Some very diverse stuff though, hopefully he can get a couple more hits through not releasing the same sound all the time because it's always better when an artist does that.

I'm not sure this is hit potential but 'Faded' proved me wrong before so I feel this has a chance!

I would've release Paradise Awaits over this tbh, that sounds more like a hit, plus it's very different to Faded.

Great to see another track from Zhu to be released! :)
