September 3, 20177 yr Author #105, Sunday Brunch did nothing! They are really afraid to have her perform, huh?
September 3, 20177 yr I don't think the song would translate live very well but I expected a better response.
September 3, 20177 yr If only the label would be able to get the "na na na na na na" part as a backing track on on an ad or something. Sax being on the Asda ad over Christmas really did help it out a lot as it was on TV every two minutes!

L'Oreal, Schwarzkopf, Herbal Essences where you at?
September 3, 20177 yr Such a great idea, and it's called HAIR DOWN, come on people!! L'Oreal, Schwarzkopf, Herbal Essences where you at? Ellie Goulding and Cheryl might have something to say about that! :kink: Down to #109 on iTunes. Down is where we go from here?
September 3, 20177 yr Not sure if it's a X-Factor boost by mistake from last night, but The Saturdays - Issues is currently at #1424 on iTunes! :D
September 3, 20177 yr Author Do TV appearances normally help a song when there isn't a performance attached?
September 3, 20177 yr It depends on the caliber of the act/the track but I don't think it's boosted Ellie's sales for SITWYM and shes pretty big, for example.
September 5, 20177 yr Well, it's fairly obvious that their whole plan is to use the Strictly promo machine for this... if it'll work or not is yet to be seen. (It probably won't.)
September 8, 20177 yr Probably my last update before we find out it hasn't charted :kink: Mollie King - Hair Down #453 (iTunes) Currently no Sats tracks in the top 1500 either.
September 8, 20177 yr Are Brett and Una anywhere? #77 in Ireland and #198 in the UK according to Kworb. They don't seem to be pushing it too much, as it's not even on the New Music Friday Playlist. They might be saving that spot for the album's launch. EDIT: I see now that the album is already available in the UK, only that this is the single version...then I guess they'll promote it when he tours the UK in October with Lady Antebellum. September 8, 20177 yr Oh 'Incase You Didn't Know' is rather beautiful isn't it? It's currently #154 on UK iTunes and #53 on Irish iTunes!
September 8, 20177 yr Too bad that Spotify counts the plays of the solo and duet versions together, so we'll never know for sure the impact of this release.
