Ugh Gemma. I don't think she'll win, not sure she has the popularity factor for Joey/Mark and I think in general the public are less tolerable to her.

That would be because she is a woman. :)

Really not a fan of Michael, he seems so arrogant. I can definitely see him doing hardly anything to help in camp and perhaps being second out?

 

I think of all of them - he is my least favourite (I still haven't made my mind up completely). Going in - for me he was the most famous and I really wanted to like him - but you're right - he seems a bit of an arrogant snob. I'm quite impressed with Craig Charles (which I'm surprised at given I can't stand Lloyd in Corrie!)

Definetly. The rest are so so bland.

I like Mel, but I found Monday's show tortuously boring as it was - without Gemma I dread to think how it'll be :drama: I'll probably only watch now if I'm really bored and there's nothing else on. And I think Jimmy will probably end up doing a Gino/Stacey :/ That's just judging on what I've seen on my twitter feed though. Hopefully with Gemma gone the trials will be less predictable but it'll probably be Jimmy doing most of them and maybe one or two for Carl or Tinchy.

 

The twitter reaction to the show doesn't help.... The same people who call X Factor boring and predictable piss themselves every time Ant and Dec fit an unfunny joke or pun into every sentence and find if "AMAZING" when one person has to do every trial. Then Gemma is a wannabe and nobody because she's in TOWIE, but because Nadia is hot it's fine that literally nobody knows who the f*** she is :lol:

Shocked anyone can dislike Ant & Dec tbh, they absolutely make the show for me :o

I don't think i've ever met someone or seen someone dislike Ant and Dec before :o I'm gutted Gemma has left as I think she would have been great Tv and was kind of making the first two days. I think she would have been stuck it out if she was with all the other camp mates and not in the jail.

I don't think anyone who finds Ant and Dec hilarious is under the impression that they're comedy geniuses though! They deliver scripted, light-hearted banter and slapstick jokes on an entertainment show which appeals to the masses. I'm not sure anyone else could do their job better?! (Just a thought - not having a go at you!)

Personally I'd just prefer many many presenters over them and don't find them funny at all :P but I rarely bother with the show past the first week and probably will just dip in and out so whatever I guess it doesn't matter :lol: But they're part of the reason why I don't like the show anymore tbh, they're just so so unfunny and not to my taste.

Yeah, that's any reason for me to try and stay tuned with this gone now that Gemma has quit.

Ant & Dec are funny and the show blatantly wouldn't be the same without them :lol:

Gemma apparently timed her leaving, as they get paid there full appearance fee even if they quit if they do 72 hours. At least that's what some girl at work said.

I think its a shame about Gemma (I thought she was quite funny) I don't however, get all the 'guttedness'! She wasn't all that - and she certainly wasn't the most entertaining of them. If there is any truth in the bit I've bolded above - then she really can't think that much of her fans can she? Obviously not as gutted as you! :lol:
