Posted September 12, 200618 yr I have the ultimte kylie dvd on a i wish kylie would released another ballad like Confide in me. It really shows off how muc of a good singer she really is
September 12, 200618 yr I would not call Confide in me a ballad personally. Maybe less up tempo than her usual but I don't think ballad is the right word.

September 12, 200618 yr Her vocals deffo adapt to the style of song she sings. Worst case being around Fever when she whispered everything instead of singing it! "come into my world" being prime examples. Jessica Simpson is doing this also at the moment

September 13, 200618 yr To be honest I doubt she could release a ballad as a single and have it be to successfull. Thoughts? Its been to long of a time. People want upbeat songs from her.
September 13, 200618 yr Author I totally agree which is sad becuase I think it would be nice to have at least one ballad released. I think a lot of people still think she cant sing so it would be nice to prove them wrong
September 13, 200618 yr She's got a huuuuuuuuge fanbase. A ballad would be great. I do think more people would change their minds on her singing abilities. I certainly did when I saw her in concert for the first time.
September 13, 200618 yr Confide In Me didn't really do anything for me personally to be honest, and i wouldn't really call it a ballad. Tears On My Pillow, Especially For You and the brilliant If You Were With Me Now (with Keith Washington) are more what you would call ballads.
