I am so glad this is the next single! Easily my favourite song on the album (since it peaked at #1 on my personal chart :lol: ) I just hope it has some kind of success, such a stunning ballad.

Personally it didn't stand out for me on the album but if she was going to release anything I think "I Believe" would have cut it for me; or "Be My Forever" given the Ed feature, might have generated a bit of interest in her again.

How have I not heard this til now? This is the first song on Head Or Heart to make an instant impression on me. Human and Burning Gold really grew on me but I can see The Words becoming my favorite on the album. Really nice video, she never disappoints!

Lovely. I hadn't noticed this on the album either shamefully, it's excellent, some parts of it remind me of 'I'm Not The Only One' but rather if that song was actually interesting, and that video is very nice.

 

I did think Be My Forever would be on lock to be a single at some point so I hope they aren't abandoning that.

The audio has also been pitched up / re-recorded for radios :)
