Up Down (Do This All Day) - T-Pain ft. B.o.B

I could do this all day like it ain't nothing...

I really like the catchy rapping in this one :D Not so sure about the explicit lyrics

Save My Night - Armin Van Buuren

Tonight, the DJ saves my night...

Armin, as ever produces another awesome house track perfect for clubs and dancefloors :P

Fireflies - Richard Rawson ft. Tom Parker

As I stare across the sky, I see nothing but a million fireflies...

You may not recognise the artist's names, when actually Richard is Fazer from the rap group N-Dubz (RIP :( ) and Tom is from The Wanted :D

Great voices, both singing and rapping and awesome production and piano work. Shame this didn't go anywhere :(

Addicted To You - Avicii

What can I do, I'm addicted to you...

Addicted to this song :P Great 1940's style video and vocals, as Avicii waves his magic wand over this track and the outcome is awesome! :cheer:

Summer - Calvin Harris

When I met you in the summer...

Amazing comeback single from my joint third favourite artist (behind Owl City and Avicii and joint with David Guetta) and nice to hear Calvin's vocal input :D

One of the most summery dance singles of the year and fantastic vocals :)

I really hate summer. It is so generic and bad :(

:nocheer:

Well looking at your charts it seems you prefer Winter

26-30

30. Anywhere For You (Tiesto vs Dzeko & Torres Remix) - John Martin

I would go anywhere for you...

Perhaps the original lacked enough of a catchy beat?

29. Nobody To Love - Sigma

I know you're tired of living, of living with nobody to love...

Who would have believed Sigma could create a summer hit from that awful Kanye West Bound 2 song? :o

It may have only a few lines of lyrics but duo Sigma have done amazingly well producing this. Great dance-piano tune!

28. Liberate - Eric Prydz

Don't break now, the world's locked out...

This dance track is absolutely amazing  and not even a top 50 hit? :nono:

Professionally produced and great vocals. Where were you when this was released?

27. Loyal - Chris Brown ft. Lil Wayne & French Montana

These hoes ain't loyal...

Probably the best rap track of the year

The rap nicely flows with the beats and very catchy (well for lovers of rap at least :P )

26. Dance With Me - Le Youth ft. Dominique Young Unique

All I wanna do is make you dance with me...

Just missing the top 10 in the chart is Le Youth's follow up to C O O L which barely reached the top 30 but took up a fair fight. A different style to their first hit but still very catchy  I like the different lyrics all combined into the beat and really works! :D

Nobody to love is really good and definitely one of the best dance songs this year

I absolutely hate loyal though, in my worst 5 this year :puke2:

Great you love NTL, I thought you would prefer Changing to it or even much like swap places with mine  (maybe I'm just assuming?)

Not surprised you don't like Loyal, it is a rap song and if you did like it I would be almost as surprised when I found out you hated SOM more than me! (and OCD to title it incorrectly :kink:)

Much sorryness for bad English in this post :o :(

Won't Look Back - Duke Dumont

Living it up, living it up, living it up, life ain't a party..

I would have loved to see Duke bag a third consecutive and all #1 hit :( As always, amazing production from the Duke and funny video  :kink:

Waves (Robin Schulz Remix) - Mr. Probz

My face above the water, my feet can't touch the ground...

Probably the best chill-out track of the year and deserved its chart run

Outstanding production and vocals to go with it too :D

Brave - Sara Bareilles

Honestly, I wanna see you be brave...

One of the most underrated tracks of the year and despite usage in the Microsoft adverts failed to reach the top 40 :(

Sounds comparable to Roar which I quite like and powerful vocals and chords. A very decent track

Loving You Is Easy - Union J

We were lost in the middle, like bottles in the ocean...

My favourite Union J song, and it is absolutely amazing

Why didn't this reach the top 100? :nono: Such produce, amaze sing, sound hit http://38.media.tumblr.com/avatar_ff20adb0f433_30.png

Thank You - MKTO

We are the ones, the ones you left behind...

Followers of my top 25 bi-weekly chart will recognise this one :kink: The revolutionary lyrics are great as well as the production and love MKTO's style of mixing singing with rapping. Great voices

On my bi-weekly chart it spent 5 weeks at #1 but was nowhere to spot on the UK Singles top 200  It would have been a great follow-up to Classic too :(

I like brave, though I don't think Sara will ever better love song

TRANSLATION: I don't think Sara will ever make a better love song?

20. If U Got It - Chris Malinchak

If you got it, be forever...

Don't ask me why this is so high on my chart :o

I just love the somewhat simple beat and vocals!

19.Take Me Home - Cash Cash ft. Bebe Rexha

But I still stay 'Cause you're the only thing I know...

Absolutely amazing everything here   A fun beat and adorable vocals and a well accepted track, not to mention lyrics! :D

18.Red Lights - Tiesto

We could just run them red lights....

I've heard that some say this track is boring or simple but I disagree :kink:

This track has an amazing vocalist to provide vocals for Tiesto's production and that's why it's this high :P

17.Heroes (We Could Be) -Alesso ft. Tove Lo

We could be heroes, me and you...

Another of my #1s from my bi-weekly chart :P It spent 6 consecutive weeks at the top tying with another track yet to come in terms of longest unbroken run. Alesso couldn't have picked a better vocalist on this one   His producing on this track is immense and should have made the top 5 :(

16.Demons - Imagine Dragons

When you feel my heat, look into my eyes...

This track was #1 in the early stages of my 2014 EOY chart but eventually fell

The vocals are so harmonic the whole way through and very pleasing to listen to

15. #SELFIE - The Chainsmokers

Let me take a selfie...

BEFORE you go ape shit on me I'll have you know I HATE the whole concept of selfies and 'look at me' attitude  and the lyrics and vocals are so annoying, so here I present the work the Chainsmokers have done and NOT the vocals. Such a great dance beat and very addictive to listen to. :D

14. Drums Of Love (You & I) - Nicky Romero & Vicetone

Can you hear the drums of love, playing for you and I...

Powerful vocals and lyrics from Vicetone here  Nicky has produced another smash and is the second of three unreleased live-only tracks :drama:

13. Feelin' Myself - will.i.am ft. Miley Cyrus, French Montana & Wiz Khalifa

I be everywhere, everybody know me...

Another ex-number one in early stages, and despite selling 98,000 copies it missed #1 :( (not to mention It's My Birthday sold around 30k less and was #1? :drama:). I find this really catchy (my excuse as always is 'the beat' :kink:) and more friendlier rapping than the latter :D

12. Rather Be - Clean Bandit ft. Jess Glynne

When I am with you, there's no place I'd rather be...

After the somewhat poor chart performance of the addicting Mozart's House last year ( ) the unique style band Clean Bandit have scored a hit this year with Rather Be   Fantastic production, vocals and funny video

11. I Wanna Feel - SecondCity

I wanna feel, your heart inside of me...

A lucky and fast faller #1 in the chart but still and underrated hit

Superb chords and old-school dance beat and perfect vocals, even if a little repetitive (that's a good thing ;)) and here's another

Don't get your hopes up for the #1 though

10. Stay The Night - Zedd ft. Hayley Williams

Are you gonna stay the night? Doesn't mean we're bound for life...

Zedd produces great beats in a song but this

Great piano-dance track and amazing work in terms if vocals from Hayley  would have been #1 if it wasn't for Clean Bandit but could have been worse!

9. If I Lose Myself (Alesso Remix) - Alesso vs OneRepublic

If I lose myself tonight, it'll be by yourself...

I don't know why I love this so much but Alesso produces a few fine beats in this track shall we    and OR vocals are great as ever :D

8. Classic - MKTO

Living in a world gone plastic, baby you're so classic...

Here we see the longest running #1 of my bi-weekly chart (8 weeks and 6 consecutive) and for good reason

Fantastic production, great singing, rapping, EVERYTHING

7. Don't Look Back - Matrix & Futurebound ft. Tanya Lacey

We're in bigger skies again, and let the path just fade out...

I loved this dance duo ever since Magnetic Eyes last year

Their production skill is highly underrated and immense, and this was only #29 and #38? :nono: :drama:

Also it marked the first track to have peaked at 38 in my iTunes as I have songs ranging from 1-40 peaks bar 38 until this :P plus I also have 1-200 and non-charters but not consecutive if you know what I mean ;)

Anyway, beautiful track

6. Goodness Gracious - Ellie Goulding

Goodness gracious, I can't seem to stop calling it off...

I never thought I'd love an Ellie track as much as this :o

Such a blasting track with perfect beats, vocal pitch range and a great pleasure listening to. Should have peaked higher than #16 and fell fast but never mind
